diungy alisnr rapping/hip hop culture is easily misunderstood and at its surface seems to be connected to gangster culture, mob mentality , and other criminal networks/enterprises and activities... but truly anyone person or group expressing themselves through their musical talents/lyrics and so on. Are the voice of the oppressed within a society and/or hierarchical social structure
