You can drop the cape and ask tengu for another one and he’ll give you it with a new flame. This cape gives you a -1 cooldown bonus if you have the other threads of date characters
I'm only asking this as I haven't started my ToF questline at all to check it myself - even though I'm LV 262, lol, but if you were to drop it though, would Tengu give it to you without having to do the questline again? Is it literally infinite reroll with no catch to it? @@Duky
