I am actually gonna make a video soon :tm: on running abyssals as a group. Just grab 2 friends of yours and each can make up to 300mil/h in profits. But kinda need to do them in order, starting with the basics.
Sadly, you are basically crippling your self if you don't do alts. This game gives away too much power for alt players, imo. I wouldn't care if I liked that - now I'm basically getting forced into using alts to be more efficient. This is just silly and worst part about this game for me.
you only need 2 acc with skill for doing whatever you want, the rest you can upskill them to ratting and mining (some might want to PI skill too) and then leave them to farm SP, they can pay for the omega themselves just with the SP farm which means you can just leave them alone and they gonna plex themselve, the rest of the money they generate during their omega is going to be excess money , you also need to choose the right time to buy plex and sell plex
The game doesn't really encourage alts and multiboxing but rather co-op. That it's relatively easy to control multiple instances of the game at the same time and therefore be your own teammate is more a "happy little accident" that CCP tacitly allowed to exist.
yeah you're not fooling me, ive seen alts make every aspect of the game easier for people over 18 years, even industry corps are just feeder members for the execs team of alts, ive seen wars fought with alts where 1 guy with 3 alts killed off a fleet of 22 with 0L and almost 40 kills, anything industry based is alt armies. the only exception might be explorations but even than you can always use alts on holes like the guys in my numerous wh corps did. right up to there's whole corps/alliances that require you to have a team of alts. Alts on just "magically" allowed, ccp used to run specials even back in 05-06 of sub an extra account for 3 months at a discount called "power of 2" and now with the new sub prices and single email sign on system theres supposed to be discounts, without alts we'd have alot lower "player" count. Everywhere i go people have alts galore and im just sitting here with my 1 character.
As an old Rorqualer, use navy cap charges or reduce the number slightly and carry another 20,000 heavy water and enough isotopes to jump to a nearby system to dip fast. You want the extra stack of heavy water just in case you get tackled when you are low so you have a back up stack. If you are about to warp off and dump but can only siege for 10 minutes you'll be dead from a lesser fleet. Do not cycle the aux shield booster if you have cap. its there for when you get nueted and you are reloading cap charges or pressure is massive. Always overheat it.
Focused void bombs shut off everything... Polarized bombers with rage torps can punch well above 1K dps with max skills and drugs. Small fleet of 50 or so can melt a capital under minute if they are not at keyboard.
only if they are not at the keyboard, but who in their right mind would be not at the keyboard when flying a capital? and Rorq also have PANIC which means its tank is comparable to a max tank super carrier so unless the rorq pilot is retard enough to fly when there is no support or fast response fleet, the rorq is pretty "safe"
I don't know why you have excavator drones on the ship they destroy a lot more ore than they actually get you cuz of the waste mechanic every time they complete a cycle that percentage is extracted from the remaining material in the asteroid when you complete a cycle you destroyed 32% using t2 you destroy 320km of ore and if I remember right the excavators have like a 70% waste which is not worth it also if you're mining normal ore use a porpoise for compression and don't go into Siege mode aligned to the easiest place to get away it's only five per cent to 8 per cent of your Boost you will lose out on and if you don't have good navigation skills get a full set of nomad implants it would greatly improve your alignment time with good navigation skills in those implants it's possible to get your alignment time down to like 15 seconds or even 9
surprising you'd use excavator on moon ore, considering its often frowned upon to use residue inducing ( especially excavator that has 60% probability ) drones.
@@thomashorne8096 most alliances have a ban on the first day and normally afterwards its open season. assuming its after the 24 hours, id be using excavators too, less time youre on grid with the rorq the better

it is great if you have lots of friend but if you gonna do it solo then you might around 10 Hulk + 1 cyno + rorq boost max skill (12 accounts) just to make it worth it and comparable to ratting in null
@@i-401_yt yeah pyfa says 350 m3 per second without drone travel time and a hulk 44 m3, nvm with rorq boost its 87.6 m3 + 5.29 m3 with an augumented ice harvesting drone, thats definitly something which needs some practicle use to see if the rorq with drone travel time is still the king of ice mining, that would be an oversight of ccp lul

I hope to show for every capital , + super and Titan some info :) Prolly youll not do it but I'd like to sey ...players get pissed off becose of lack of info on Capital Ships . I forgot , they was expensive ...pfff thats why players and corps got supercapitals and titans ....players got Billions/Trillions of isk , they are focused on isk/hour / why dunno/ ...and they dont fly Capitals ...pffffff true that there is no content for capitals but i hope CCP to make some / i follow ...EvE Evolve ..../ Again great video !!!! ... you can fit rorqual whit t1-t2 cheap stuff and just dont care to loose it ...its cheaper to have rorqual , to fly it , to loose it than a Vargur/Golem .....you should mention a mobile jump unit ,cyno jamer , mobile cover cyno :) .... command destroyers can jump rorqual etc. :) cheers buddy
@@BanControl ....its abit expensive if you are in non-soverenity and fully alone build it .....facts are been checked / rorqs are used also to support Fax and other carrier or supercarrier , can be fitted to neut out, support and even can Jump :) ..... if you have team building it and to use it , its so simple and easy .... p.s. if you afraid from bears, youll never go to the wood !
@@Spiritt_Daphiti you said its cheaper to lose a rorq than a marauder. it is not. and yes, flying capitals outside of friendly sov is a large risk, which is another reason a marauder makes more sense.
Only if you have the means to defend it. If you are in a C2 or smaller WH no Capitals come in but you still have to watch out for Leshaks etc.. Generally Highsec Connections are bad in that case. However: Moons in WHs suck so you are kinda reliant on the ice and normal ore.
Yeah, you pretty much have your paranoia dialed up to 11 and spies on the connecting holes even with alot of corp mates while cycling DSCAN every 5 seconds. That industrial core has you locked in a position with no local channel. The mining fleet better be big and don't finish that last rock while you're sieged. Mining in a wormhole with a Rorqual or orca is a big NO in my book. Would rather stay cheap and flexible.
This is a great plan if you have ALL the pieces in place. If you don’t have a Titan backed response fleet on speed dial, this does not work. Use Rorq just to boost, never deploy, capitalize on conduit to evade anyone anytime. Use your multiple accounts to do PI and Rat (nice change of pace). Playing 1-2 hrs a day 3-5 days week. You can PLEX most of your accounts reducing your monthly subscription cost. EvE is a game. Shouldn’t gaming be fun? Shouldn’t it be something you want to do vs feeling like you have to do to keep your subs up? Let’s have some fun out there instead of working for PA as an unpaid employee.
Most Alliance have a response fleet with super or titan, you just have to make sure you are within their protection range. You can do this without making it a second job too, but it will need you to be in a corp with similar interest people, you just need 2 acc for a boosting rorq (1 rorq and 1 cyno), you can rent the moon and then taxing the people who mining the moon. if the member can mine all the ore, the tax is enough to pay for both omega account and the rent money. there is lots of calculations involved in this but once it is in place, you can just sit there and play other games (or even sleep, i tell my friend to keep a look out on local for me and i go to sleep :D).

Right so if I understand this correctly, you are telling people they need 4 accounts minimum (20 a month sub each) to make use of this capital mining ship (end game mining setup). Then they need to scale up to more hulks. All to sit still in space watching mining lasers. And this is good gameplay and good game design? And if they are really pro and do this activity hours a day they could sub their accounts and do it even more while not paying CCP hundreds of dollars a month for the sparkling entertainment this offers?
yes. its an investment, that allows you to play for free, and nobody is saying you have to mine 24/7. its just 1 of many ways to make isk to spend on the gameplay you actually enjoy.
some people love this activity , some dont, you can use just 2 account and ratting for 1h per days, you can easily plex both accounts, Eve online is huge and have lots of ways of making money , you can mine all days with 4 accounts or 2h with 20 accounts or you can rat which bring nearly the same profit, you can also use 1 account and pvping which still easily plexing your account and bling your ship with the gucci-est stuff .
@@ozzycommander alpha clones*, and you gonna need lots of clones and a very fast hand to handle all accounts at the same time (or you are just a botter) if you want the math even check out.
