You should read "The Eyes of the Dragon" by Stephen King. Not scary- he wrote it as a fairy tale for his kids and then added some more mature elements for press. Fun read.

Those are the editions my professor required our class to buy in college. They don't have the prettiest covers, but the footnotes and supplemental materials in the back are unparalleled for academic purposes.

Glitter and be gay :) I meant to watch the musical for Candide after I finished the book and completely forgot, so thanks for the reminder! Oh I just read Ethan Frome this month. It's a weird one. I didn't hate it, I was just kinda indifferent to it. I think I have about 50 off of that list, too! I'll probably make my own video about this :)

Candide is great! The overture is one of my favorite pieces of music ever.
