Coming from someone who’s a huge fan of the podcast and a huge fan of Kendrick, it’s not even about them choosing a side. It’s the disrespect for KDot and the West Coast hip-hop scene and if people listened to their podcast episodes fully like I do, more people would understand why a majority of the fans are turning on them like me. Demaris has made it clear multiple times that she does not like Kendrick Lamar’s music like that, but even she knows how to keep her bias respectable where anybody can see her point of view. There’s a difference between being biased compared to having an actual agenda. Bias is natural. Agendas are generally self serving and calculated. Mal’s opinions on this one seemed to be motivated by something beyond simple bias. Hidden agendas are nasty.

I have a question How much was the Studio 71 deal worth? They were not loud about it like they were the million-dollar Sirius deal and I suspect the bag was waaaay lower. The beef exposed a lot. R&M have an inability to keep it real. Their music talks and break downs are shallow, weak and clearly biased. They really are low effort. I mean the biggest beef in hip hop history and they were even late to speak on the songs as they were dropping. It was a pathetic display of work ethic.
