Some time ago I read an article where Rosalia said that the vocal cords were torn and had to be operated. She spent a year unable to sing. She never stopped working because of her dream and how far she has come. She´s amazing.

"De Plata" was the first song I ever heard from Rosalía. I watched the musical video in a loop several times mesmerized. And I ran to buy the album in Amazon Music. "De plata" adds too old songs. "Cuando yo me muera" and "El querer que yo te tengo". You can find versions from "Cuando yo me muera" by famous flamenco singers as Manolo Caracol and Manuel Soto (aka El Sordera). So singing "De plata", Rosalía goes back to traditional flamenco singing. The guitar player is Raül Refree, a pop&rock musical producer. He guitar playing is very unorthodox for flamenco music but I think it works.
