I just ordered this wallet but in the fuchsia color !! I have been watching tons of reviews on this wallet and everyone loves it !! I don’t mind the wear and tear to the wallet at all !! You spend so much on it and you will use it plus the more wear it means you use it a lot and got your monies worth !!

If you want the Rose Ballerine get it because 1. it’s being discontinued and 2. There are ways to protect the wallet. I’ve had my Freesia one for a yr now and it still looks like the day I bought it because I don’t press the button to hold it, I press my fingers on the flap on either side of the button and it closes just fine with the distinct flap. I put a tiny piece of foam paper in the center compartment long enough to fold over the zipper head so that foam paper shields the leather inside the flap from wearing where the zipper head touches it when the wallet is closed. A bit ocd I know but I want my investment pieces to last. Also, because I’m fickle... I’m always rehoming barely used bags. I think being extra careful is worth it when it comes to resale value.

Thanks for watching! No this wallet would not be able to fit a packet of tissue. Its very slim and I suggest only putting cards in!

This is a hard one! I'm 50/50. Pros: No chance of peeling / flaking of the button, and no chance of it getting really dirty/grey from use Cons: Makes it shiny and I've noticed it's darkened the centre of the button to a darker pink. Either way, I prefer having the polish (shiny and dark pink) than not having it (grey and peeled). And I know I can always get it replaced if I really wanted to, but I like to use my things as intended and not baby them too much.

Taniya Dawn you mean a bag? I always carry a bag cause I have to put my keys and bottle and stuff. But when I’m going on a short break at work I just take my wallet :)

My Victorine wallet got wrinkled on the inside leather part where I close the wallet. It's not good when filled with much paper bills. It's not even 1 month with me :(

I was going to buy this until your review. This is basically a fairly cheaply made wallet. The button should be enameled.. it obviously such cheap coloring it wearing away.. on a 400$ wallet! Unacceptable
