It could be so many reasonable things... people need to calm down. It took me over 4 months to tell people when I got diagnosed with cancer because that's how long it took me to find out what it was, and how it would be treated, blah, blah, quit speculating!! This could be serious.

People need to take into consideration that we never really see Kate not dressed up. So, of course she's going to look different when she's not. And even when we do see her dressed more casually she's still more put together than anyone else that's there.

it's true a person has to recover completely from abdominal surgery first, before she can start chemotherapy. My father had abdominal surgery and a resident gave him a shot of chemo in his belly before he left the hospital. The chemo killed him because it killed his good cells that protected him, as a result, he got body wide infection from the surgery wounds without his own body protecting him after surgery. He developed fever soon to fight off infection but he was so weak from the surgery he died from sepsis !!! Doctors today are better and more informed about cancer. Therefore the Princess needs to completely recover and her immunity strong enough before she undergoes chemo to prevent infection from surgery. That explains the long absence to focus on getting well. Guess who are behind all those Conspiracy theories and fake extra-marital affairs, circulating rumors, to destroy Prince William's reputation, to drag him down to the gutter, the Evil Witch of the West ?!!!

I don't think so William would do to her what he lived through the drama Charles put Diana in. She is recovering my surgery due to water gain I couldn't wear my rings and it took almost 18 weeks. If they couldn't do surgery by laser had to do old fashion way cut through the stomach depending on how long cut and how many stretches called for in side and out. It's the hardest area on your body to heal. I had 28 inside and 30 on outside once released took me over 6 months to get my abdominal muscles to work right that was 10 yrs ago and to this day I still have tender spots depending on what I'm doing. Let her recover and if she wants the public to know her private business she will let you know. Stop spreading lies and making stories up. Remember their kids will always see what you with nothing else to do in your life say about their parents and leave questions in their mind all the time.
