This is precisely what I love about doing reviews. Finding different opinion ....different takes on a IEMs performance makes it all make sense. By the way what exactly do you dislike about the Star City?

Love the review and comparisons. I've been considering picking up the Star City Pro, it seems like a very well built/equipped set for the cost. Currently, my favorite 1+2 is the OG QoA Adonis, the New Adonis is on its way so we'll see what happens.

I wonder how does it compare with EM6L ! I know it's 1+4 but it is almost the same price and still a great iem (also very comfortable for me).

Here to echo Yume 2 love. Great 1+2. Protect it if you have one. From what I am aware of, the DD is susceptible to moisture damage. Seal it with silica gel dessicant when not in use. It's a gem 💎

Tony, the question is off topic, but I’ll ask anyway, sorry )) I was about to buy Rhapsody, but I saw that TRN had released its own version, similar in price and driver design. It's called ST7. It has a coaxial DD's arrangement like in KZ-Castor with a 10mm driver. So I think that there can be the same powerful bass as in Castor, but at the same time with the high detail of Rhapsody. The best from both IEMs. In short, are you planning a review of TRN ST7?

I have QT7 Pro 2 and the bass is overwhelming for me. Not craving for Star City 5 Pro since I have both QT9 Mk 2 and Mk 3 and love both. Unless the stage is better with SC5P.

Yes then QT7 is just too much , but SC5P is way more coherent, that's why I said I prefer it to the QT7. Now in your case since you have the QT9 MK2 and MK3 then pass on the SC5P...unless a crazy deal comes up.
