I disagree with this analysis or at least would say it differently. I have played for about 65 years including in college. Tried a LOT of things. I think Rose and LYdia Ko have the best ability to have the turning of their hips - which includes a slight transfer of weight to the left leg/foot AS it straightens out - in order to create centrifugal force by the resulting turning of her shoulders. Simple: turn the hips to the left turns the shoulders which pulls the left arm almost, but not quite, like a radius of a circle. There is tremendous exponential force generated by the foundation of the swing being center in the left foot/leg and hip. Watch others like Lexi Thomson - she and others have to "cast" the club head to get it to come fully around - thus you see her coming onto her left toe - raising up the foot. She's moving the center of the "circle" thus diminishing the potential of speed and force. Think of those older circular hitting machines. A circular metal middle point IS the joint between the torso and the arm. The round metal is the torso. As one turns that metal (torso), it pulls the arm/lever and with metal there is no casting to catch up. Thus the speed and thus force of the club-head is solidly grounded in that left leg TURNING to the back - not to the side AS the weight is centered on that straightening leg and foot (foundation). Any other movements are akin to moving the axle of a bicycle wheel. Bikes don't allow that as it is counter-productive. So I have finally learned that the back swing is to set one up - slowly - to the correct position of readiness. Then the pushing down on the left foot (shifting of weight), turning the hip TO THE BACK and the resulting straightening of the leg establishes the foundation of the swing - the center point. The hip turn TO THE BACK PULLs the shoulder around and thus the arm and club/clubhead become recentered and aligned with the ball - as a result of the turning of the hip. At impact the foundation is establishing by the solid left (grounded) foot and the solid straight-leg - at impact where the feet/legs/torso have "delivered" the arm, club and clubhead to the ball - in the rotation of the hip thus the torso. I have found it's not about "swinging the arms". it's about rotating and keeping the arms solid in the above process AND having the hands doing the fine tuning at the moment of impact to deliver the clubhead to the ball. Similar to watching pro tennis players returning a serve or volley with a back-hand strike. They are positioned on the same sided foot as a foundation and basis for turning the hips and shoulders to deliver the racket face. I am in my 70's and greatly enjoy FINALLY being able to swing with consistent repeatability and with less effort producing long and straighter, more consistent shots. The vast majority of people are arm swingers and they are "clearing" their hips like we heard in the 1960's. It's not a "clearing" - it is a turning of the hips TO PULL THE TORSO BACK AROUND AND THUS DRAG THE LEFT ARM AND CLUB/CLUBHEAD back TO THE ball USING THE FORCE OF THE HIPS AND RESULTING CENTRIFUGAL FORCE. Not arm pulling.

Her appearances in vlogs shows she is a classy young lady. She'll be the next Lydia Ko.

How is her “arm structure quite flat” at the top of the backswing when her are plane is way steeper than shoulder plane? I’m confused.

The angles are important of course, but how about the tempo? should that not be included in an analysis? One thing depends on another and so on.

Flying the right elbow indicates her swing is more upright than flat.
