Recipe and ingredients:
Take a piece of ginger (about 5-6 cm) and peel it.
Grate the ginger with a grater.
Grind 2 tablespoons of cloves.
Grind 2 tablespoons dried rosemary.
Peel 4 cloves of garlic.
Press them down with a knife to crush them.
100 ml sunflower oil.
50 ml almond oil.
Mix the ingredients well.
Then put the pan on the stove for 10 minutes.
Allow mixture to cool.
Strain the oil through medical gauze or a sieve.
1 tablespoon mustard oil.
1 tablespoon castor oil.
1 teaspoon vegetable glycerin.
7-8 drops of rosemary essential oil.
4-5 drops of tea tree essential oil.
Mix well.
Effective recipe, tried and tested for years!
You can store this recipe in a dry place for a month.
