The International Young Leaders Assembly (IYLA) is a partnership-driven leadership development program that empowers young leaders to positively impact their communities, nations, and the world. IYLA hosts university students, young professionals,and globally significant leaders at annually held interactive programs in the U.S. and abroad. Delegates acquire first-hand experience in leadership, join a lasting global leadership network and build a platform to tackle current critical issues. The program is held annually under the theme: “Moral and Innovative Leadership: Vision, Service and Entrepreneurship”.
Ms. Rosemary Odinga addressed over 1000 young people at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City on August 18, 2015, during the last event of the 10-day International Young Leaders Assembly 2015 held in Washington, DC, Philadelphia and New York. The assembly is co-convened annually by the Global Peace Foundation.
