A tribute to my hometown club. Rosenborg celebrated their 100th anniversary by winning their 25th league title. All of them won within the last 50 years. Credit to Slartiii92 and Traandhjaemm for helping me out with some of the footage.
In 19 May 1917, 12 young men from Rosenborg in Trondheim founded Sportsklubben Odd. The name Odd was a tribute to Odd of Skien, the most successful team in Norway at the time. In 1960 Rosenborg progressed all the way to the cup final where they faced Odd, the team from which they had adopted their original name and colours from in 1917. It took a rematch to decide the winner, but Rosenborg were able to claim their first trophy. The club have won a record 25 league titles, eleven Norwegian Football Cup titles and have played more UEFA matches than any other Norwegian team
