ROSH HASHANA - THE RAPTURE! 

Janet, I so empathize with you. My husband died in 2010, also. We were together 27 yrs and have three sons. He died of a heart attack driving in my car and it came unexpected, and I still am very saddened and miss him something awful. We had no closure at all as he was taken suddenly, but God provided for us graciously and I know I will see him again. I can't wait to go home to my heavenly home. Loved this message. I am 44 years old. I was in a coma for 3 days and I had a massive stroke about 18 months ago. It was GOD not doctors who took me out of the coma. I Thamk GOD for giving me another chance to receive salvation and repent from my sins. Before I had a stroke, I would put worldly things first in my life. GOD by his mercy and grace, made corrections in my life. I was raised in a strong Christian home, needless to say no Jewish Feasts etc. was taught, but Im so enjoying learning it on my own guided by The Holy Spirit of course and many many teachers like you here on utube. I am a pre trib believer also and you filled in some blanks.. I had learned about ROSH HASHANA, but you extended on it. Thank you! I have seen so many post trib believers bullying pre trib believers into believing like them??? That's why I know Satan is trying to divide because Jesus doesn't bully. What a blessing this teaching really touch my heart, i also study bible prophecy about the Rapture, to understand the prophecy about the rapture we must understand the jewish feasts, that is regarding to the rapture of the saints. most christians don't understand the rapture, because they don't study. We all need to get ready because it will happen suddenly without any warning, in a twinkle of the eye we out of here, repent and seek christ daily.

I didn't know about the grape harvest....I was out on my porch two days ago, and smelled grapes. In my walk, I have smelled signs. I know it sounds crazy, but I did. I couldn't find confirmation, but knew without a doubt it was a sign because there are no grapes anywhere near me! Praise the Lord. Maranatha!

Part 2...there was a white jeep with 2 men whose faces I could not see. It was time for me to go and so I jumped on the jeepand turned around to my whole family and they stood there stunned and started to cry, weep mourn because they new they were being left behind. I then took off my blouse(old garments) and threw it to them. I put my arms in the air and said I'M FREE.Then all of a sudden I was wearing a white robe walking in a hallway with doors and then woke up. So this fall feast is correct.

Janet, you touch on a point not very many are aware of. the time between Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur is ten days, which would be 10 years. BUT the tribulation is only seven years. So how can it be that those ten days represent the 7 years? It's because, "if those days were not shortened, no flesh would survive." Tribulation was meant to be ten years, but through mercy, it is shortened to 7 years. This is how the ten days between Rosh H and Yom Kippur become 7 years and not 10. Mercy.

Indeed, I foresee our Messiah Bridegroom toasting His Bride with that 4th cup of the Seder of which he said "The is the cup of my new covenant--I shall not drink it until I drink it new with you in my Father's Kingdom." You see, I mention the festival dates only in conjunction with the currently published Jewish calendar dates because Jews around the world observe those designations. It is confusing, but you are correct--the Day of the Lord BEGINS all of these things and ends at Armaggedon which occurs on Yom Kippur. There are many references from the ancient Rabbis that this phraseology refers to the beginning of the Time of Jacob's Trouble (Tribulation) and lasts for 10 days (7 Earth years--the time between Rosh H. and Yom Kippur). There is a clear reference to these 10 days in Revelation 2:10. It's a comforting word for the 5 virgins and others who were left behind.

Yes, Jimmy, I agree with you. Only the Bride is "gathered" into the wedding chamber before the Judgment, the Days of Awe. At the end of the "tribulation period," the Bride comes out of her chamber with the Bridegroom (Messiah) and returns to the Earth, where HE gathers his elect from the four winds. These are not part of the Bride, however, but they are delivered and will be the wedding guests at the reception of the Bride which takes place at the Feast of Tabernacles.

Kristy, that's what we've been led to believe. It was true in the beginning, but when the Church as we know it today became incorporated and made contract with unbelievers (Governments and Bankers with mortgages, etc.), the Church became a business. The "Bride" knows who she is--inside or outside the doors of a church. Church in Greek is Ekklesia which means the "called out ones." We are different; we are remnant; we are His Bride!

The bodies of everyone who dies are resting in the ground. If the spirit that occupied that body while it was yet alive is found righteous (i.e. born again, etc.), their "spirit" is immediately taken to heaven. "Absent with the body is present with the Lord." But the bodies are not redeemed until Messiah comes for His Bride at the Gathering (the Rapture) or the 2nd Coming, Yom Kippur.

Thanks for your comments, Russell. You have touched upon something called "cluster thinking" The Bible is not chronological or linear as we tend to think. Revelations is definitely written in cluster thinking. Verses 26-27 above clearly speak of Yom Kippur. Verses 32-37 speak of Rosh Hashana because of the idioms. Two separate events, but NOT written chronologically. That's why understanding the feasts and idioms is key to understanding Scripture--not the order in which they appear!

This year we had a blue moon, so they counted moons instead of waiting until the fall actually begins, So Yom Teruah doesn't actually start til Oct the 6th. To clarify the blue moon was in August. So 13 full moons this year instead of 12. Oct is the 10th month, but this year the 10th full moon was in September.

It's in Genesis 8:4 And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month... on the original calendar. The new calendar is off set by six months. The seventeenth day of the seventh month would have become the seventeenth day of the first month of the new calendar. Passover is the 14'th day of the 1'st month 3 days in the grave. Christ arose on the 17'th. Cool

The day of the awakening blast must be the second coming when the saints are raised (wakened from the sleep of death) and given immortality. See 1 Cor 15:51-53. This is at the "last trump" (vs. 52). They are taken by the "bridegroom" to heaven for a thousand year "feast of tabernacles". His coming may be according to the Jewish calendar but scripture also says He will come at a time we think not. (see Luke 12:40).

Interesting it is called a Gathering. This time of the year is also the Grape Harvest, and they will "gather" the grapes.

When Christ comes the second time, the wicked are destroyed by His brightness. That is the seventh plague so the church must endure (but is protected from) six of the seven last plagues but the seventh is their salvation. The day of the Lord is the seventh plague to the wicked but is redemption for the church. No man knows the day or the hour is the time of His second coming. The Rabbi's are still observing their traditional law that is no longer observed as Christ is its fulfillment.

What do you mean by "with Gentile eyes"? I believe in studying the Hebrew sanctuary and the festivals as the yearly cycle reveals the entire plan of salvation. The rapture and the gathering, refers to the 2nd coming. We are living in the anti-typical day of atonement. When it ends the time of Jacob's trouble begins when Michael "stands up". God's people are sealed are protected during this time. That is when the 7 last plagues are poured out. Yes, we can know the season. Love your insights.

From the Hebraic meanings, I believe the tribulation and God's wrath are all part of the Yamin Nora'im (Awesome Days). The ancient teachings made no distinction between 1st half/2nd half of the Tribulation as is taught today. The Yom Hadin, which is Hebrew for Judgment Day begins the time of Jacob's Trouble at the last trump of rosh hashana, and it will continue until the 2nd coming of the Messiah.

Agreed, but the day on which the waters were dried up and Noah removed the covering, e.g. "The Door to the Chamber was opened," was on the 1st day of the 1st month, which is Rosh Hashana on the civil calendar (before God changed the calendars at Mount Sinai). Genesis 8:13

Just wondered if you were aware of the discussion surrounding this years Yom Teruah being incorrectly set in the summer (September 4-6) including the days of awe, which is too soon - its a fall feast. There is support for an October 6-8 feast of trumpets... Six months later is the first of the blood moon tetrads beginning on Pentecost. A second watch for us..

Shalom, Jen... Did you know there are multiple calendars with different dates? And I'm in contact with a group of men in Jerusalem who are reenacting the 2 witnesses watching for the new moon. My belief is that God will not be tied to any man-made calendar--nor will He ascribe to the efforts of men trying to recreated what was fulfilled. Apostle Paul said this is a "mystery," and it is my thinking God's wants it that way. But I appreciate you sharing your thoughts and I send blessings.

Jesus speaks of the gathering after the sign n the sun, moon & stars darken/fall n Mat 24:29, & is spoken of n numerous passages n the Old & New Testament, n Joel 2:10-16 this sign is described & then the people are gathered & explained as letting the groom go forth of His chamber & the bride out of her closet, showing they are n 2 different places before being brought together, after the sign n the sun, moon & stars. i Have a question for you. How do we know that the Rapture is coming? I don't really understand i'm pretty to the following of Christ. Its just really hard for me to understand that the rapture could happen at anytime. .

We are told who the 144,000 thousand are, we are told who all the ones carrying palm leaves are. We are told who those that are under the Judgement seat are in heaven. but we are not told who the ten thousand times ten thousand are. They have the voice like of many angels and were redeemed of the blood of the lamb, so who are they? I think they are the bride of Messiah. rev 5 (8-11)

Mark 13: 26-27 Jesus speaks of the "Rapture" "Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. And then He will send His angels, and gather together His elect from the four winds, from the farthest part of earth to the farthest part of heaven...then he says in verse32..."But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father." I to do not argue with ppl or debate whether pre, mid, post trib. Im 40 yrs and personally grew in in the demomniational churches that taught pre-trib so for 25 yrs that is what i taught and believed until Yah took me back to my hebrew roots showing me that the church is the N.kingdom of Israel/Eprhiam. Thru intense prayer and study im not sure i go with a pre-trib view anymore. I honestly can see both sides. I still pray on it that Yah would reveal truth to me 100% cuz honestly i don't believe

Two witnesses which speak the rapture of the good. Proverbs verses 2:20-22: "Walk in the way of goodness, and guard the paths of righteousness. For the straight shall dwell in the earth, And the perfect be left in it; But the wrong shall be cut off from the earth, And the treacherous ones plucked out of it." The second witness is Matthew 13:24,25,30 “Another parable He put before them, saying, ‘The reign of the heavens has become like a man who sowed good seed in his field, but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed darnel/tares among the wheat and went away. … Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I shall say to the reapers, “First gather the darnel and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my granary.” ’ ” Do you really want to be the first to be taken away??

was changed to Israel. Jacob from the house of Israel or Ephriam which is the church we call today. This will be a time of the churches trouble. It will be a time for Judah to come to Messiah/Yeshua and for Ephriam to come back to Torah and according to Ezk 37 the 2 sticks will become one in the hand of Messiah and both houses of Isreal will become on new man. Either way the bride will be preserved -either taken out or taken thru just as Noah was. He was taken thru the storm, not out of it.

Robert, only God knows. But we can see that the 5 left behind were not ready. To me, it's not having intimacy; bearing fruit; showing His love. The true Bride will know in his/her spirit if she's ready. Listen to the Holy Spirit. He will guide you into all truth. Test the spirit of the Church, its activities, its fruit, its connections to the world and the government, etc. Flee if you must, but draw near to your Messiah.
