You still have to manually move it to the troughs. Just use a Stanley knife and spend 3 minutes pulling the bail apart. It would save a lot of fuel and the cost of that shearer. I know,, I used to produce horses and had to do this twice a day.
By the time you have shuffled this way and that, the quickest would be to get off the tractor and do it. The time saved could be used greasing the tractor and loader.
