Famous Dallas Cowboys quarterback Roger Staubach attended NMMI prior to attending the U.S. Naval Academy where he won the Heisman Trophy. Yup, I'm a Cowboys fan , don't hold it against me LOL. GREAT JOB ON THE VIDEO!
Yes! With as many Dallas fans as there are in NM I totally should’ve mentioned him! ButI had no idea he also went to the Naval Academy ! Thank you again for watching!! 👍😀
Thanks so much! So much more than I ever knew- you would love that historical society and archive center- so many stories for you! 👍😀 thanks so much for checking it out! Have a great night
Oh dear, these old puffs who present these representations, really do amuse. As for realistic true representations, I'm not so sure. I'm not one of the gullible brigade, of which America is so full. Go ahead, enjoy and fill your head with as much of the nonsense to be had from these stories, it will fulfill, and constantly re-fill and replenish the vivid imaginations of the gullible, of which there are so many in this US of A.
What are you going on about? She highlighted some things about Roswell, that’s it. Why is that triggering you so badly? Roswell is a neat little town, she didn’t misrepresent it, and who is gullible? 🤦
I always wanted to visit Roswell. I love places like this. Wonderful information, videography and interviews with the locals. I never knew about all the great things to see and do besides the UFO stuff. Also love that vintage player piano. Thanks for sharing and have a great week.
Roswell was a fun stop. Always love a big compilation. I heard that RU-vid likes these longer type videos better. Would love to see what you think after a few months. Didn’t realize there was so many cool museums there. How long were you there? Your voiceovers are so good. A list countdown would be perfect for this content. So cool you got some interviews. Nice Owen Wilson fun fact. For 27 min, it felt like 7 min.
thanks! We were there Sat-Mon, with a full agenda! I loved talking with the folks from there. The museums were so impressive. The only problem with the longer content, is I'm going to run out of content! Time for another trip!! 😂😂
I lived in Roswell almost ten years. Your video introduces the place in great detail. It will definitely be of great help to people who want to travel here. Thank you.
I lived there for 15 years. If you're not a retiree just looking for a chill place to live, it's boring. We had fun in the 90s but it usually consisted of cruising, drinking and getting high. Bottomless lakes was also fun. Other than that, pretty boring place in my opinion. Not a bad place. Just not much going on.
I get it- Bottomless Lakes is the one place I didn’t get a chance to visit ~ as a visitor I was surprised at the variety for such a small place! Thx for checking it out!
As a native Roswellalien I have to say that you did an excellent job representing my hometown. I moved away in 93 and i learned a few new things about Roswell from this video.
um. just do touch and go's at the airport mainly. prob head off to see carlsbad caverns, it's near. maybe. weeds legal. other than that not much to do. head over to pestachio land maybe
Thanks! There was way more to do there then I was expecting. In case you hadn't found it, all the alien themed stuff is covered in this video. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-C5SSb30G6kE.html Thanks for watching!
Great video, a thorough guide to the town! Also great to see your interviews with the local, especially RuDell - I love her take on how the town's changed throughout her time living there! She seems like a local legend :)
