What is the main concern here? Abrasion to the mold or contamination of the product?

mold is heated at very high temperature. so question of contamination does not arise. this will be outer side of tank.

a worker at the factory I'm in broke their jaw with the lid of a tank mould the other week, can be dangerous work this.
