I broke two clutch arm's...I have the older version with the screwdriver and I don't know how to adjust it. Do I have to feel the slight tension or not?

Twist clockwise until you feel slight resistance, hold the screwdriver with 2 fingers. Rest of the video is the same, so turn back 180 degrees and fasten the locknut. After that, adjust the cable slack at the clutch lever. Be sure to set the cable slack at 0 before starting adjustment. Good luck!

Hi! I need some help. I have adjusted the clutch as the video explains, but clutch is not disengaging fully. So when i put it in 1st gear with out giving any revs engine stalls. If i rev to 2-3000rpm i can keep the bike running but it will still want to move forward a small amount.

First try to turn back less than 180 degrees (in the video we said 180 as reference), if that doesn’t work you have other issues (ex. Cable worn, clutch arm, clutch basket, etc) be sure to check inside if this doesn’t work.

Hey, will adjusting it help me solve the clutch not releasing at all, when I pull in the clutch it doesn't release and if the bike's in gear it wont move forward freely unless I'm forcing it. Then it makes a "clunk" sound and wants to start !

Inner hub probably worn, if adjustment fails this is 90% the reason if clutch plates are still okay. Pressure plate and adjustment bolt will be the next thing to fail when running too long with the worn inner hub. Keep us informed! 😯

@@RobynRacing Sorry for the long reply time. The main problem was in the clutch disks, they were completely toasted. I swapped them out but it didn't solve the problem instantly, they were still stuck. So I noticed that the clutch releases on 2nd gear, I went outside and gave it a go on 2nd gear, rode a bit around my driveway tried switching gears and everything seemed fine. Then I stopped in first gear with clutch pressed in and Voylaaa, it's working perfectly right now. I checked the inner basket and the inner hub, sent some pics to a friend of mine who has a lot of two strokes, he said that they're in tip-top shape :))

If you have a hollow 11mm socket, you can use this as well. Good luck!
