I finish off stripping the interior disconnect the alternator and get the doors braced up and welded up!
is it worth saving??

Super progress , it all should repair ok , Iv done far worse to begin with , and came out well in the end , look forward to next episode. !

Looks like it's rusted out in all the usual BL panel places, you obviously know what you're doing but I've heard nothing but good writes-ups for Lanoguard fluid protection.............seems to be an improvement on wax oil.

Yep I’ve found no evidence of any wax oil or similar products internally it’s literally rusted inside out! I’ll be honest I’ve always used wax oil great stuff for inside the sills! Can’t comment on lanoguard the adverts have always put me off! Always Some guy spraying it all over the suspension crazy! Best Shultz for the arches and general underside I think is dinitrol or 3m underbody Shultz

You are really good about seeing things in the best light! I'd be screaming by now. But, yes, I've worked on older cars and sometimes what seems like a horror story really isn't too bad once you start working on it.

According to the federal HESCHLAVVO law, it is already forbidden in Switzerland to drive combustion engines on mountain passes from 2025. In France, the SCHLABOUBVE regulates that fossil vehicles that produce fine dust are prohibited in all cities from 2025. The BABVVO in Germany will bann exhaust gas pollution from 2027 and that is what will happen in entire EU also bann of all tires and brakes because of fine dust!!!
