Ill never forget when I was told to write an essay on someone i admired when i was a kid. I wrote about chaz ortiz because he had just gotten picked up by zoo york and he was only like 15 and i found that inspirational. My parents said "why didnt you write about president bush or someone like that" I said "how many people have been presidents? like 40. Chaz is the youngest sponsored skater like ever." They didn't like that one.
Don't let the ridiculously smooth style fool you...Chaz Ortiz is a freakin' MONSTER on a board. Practically every trick in this rough cut is a mind-bender.
doyouWantsomeweed you tell me. If an opportunity comes why not but when you are already pro and get a chance to freely enjoy your own choice of shoes just embrace it. He has his whole life left to stick to 1 brand someday
BrushyZeus hes beein doing that since he was around 13-14. Love chaz's skating but for the most part his trick selection is very predictable at this point
That kind of skateboarding is so enjoyable to watch. He makes sure clean landings on each trick. Makes you want to skate. Instead of the super tech and sketchy.
Lets Not forget this man beat Chris Cole as a child, not to start beef or drama, but just to remind us all how brilliant this man really is with the wood and wheels.
like every rotation for any flip or body variable is fucking perfect every time. amazing consistency. also, the dude doesn't look where's he going when go in to fakie. weird and sick? haha
