Using a food processor makes the process quicker and easier, but it's important to be mindful not to over-process the dough, as this can lead to a less flaky pastry. Rough puff pastry is more forgiving than traditional puff pastry, so as long as you don't overwork the dough and keep it chilled during the process, using a food processor will yield good results
ingredients:.
230 grams cold butter (cubed)
250 grams all purpose flour
120 millilitres ice cold water
1/2 teaspoon salt / (if using unsalted butter 3/4)
(450g to 680g) of rough puff pastry from the ingredients in this recipe.
