I have the Rouje Big bag in dark brown, which is fabulous, but otherwise I can´t say I trust their pricing. It´s a lot of money for fabrics that in the end are often a basic viscose

I love the Siam top on you, it's a great elevated basic. The pink dress fits so well too. I haven't ordered from Rouje but in really looking forward to visiting the new store in London. It's not far from my office so I'll definitely be checking it out when I have to go in.

I feel the same about the quality. I ordered once returned the piece and never ordered again though I absolutely love the style of all their pieces. I much prefer Sezane or Marie sixtine in the same vibe.

I really love the first dress, especially the print and more vintage look. I've been debating to buy items from them due to the quality/pricing. Also my calves are really athletic so normally I don't go for mid length. I really love the look of the Dorothee loafers and other mules. Heard bad things about the quality and customer service so not sure to take a chance! Would love if you could show more of the brand❤

Katie! Are you in London? They just opened their first store here last week, by Bond St. Unlike Sezane's store in Notting Hill, they actually seem to have all the online stock in store. I tried on a bunch last week. It's cheaper as you can save on shipping now :) so would be worth a visit if you're local.

I'm not unfortunately, I live in the South West but I am absolutely planning to make a trip to London to visit the store! That's good to know that they have lots of stock, will hopefully make the trip worthwhile. Thank you!

I am a big fan of Rouje and yes, it cuts correctly. The viscose is the same as the one I have from Sezane, the one from Rouje a little thicker. The Siam is beautiful, I have it in white and I'm going to buy it in black, they are very good and washable. I also have them timeo and great. Ah, you would have fallen in love with that skirt model in your size, it's a very pretty mermaid cut if you have curves. I add that I have viscose from other stories and I also feel that Rouje's is heavier and more full-bodied, it maintains its shape, so it's not the same materials, they have different qualities as in that case. Ah, the jeans are great and they fit very well

Thank you! Honestly I don't do too much with it, just a heat protectant and hair oil. I love the Ouai hair oil :) plus the Garnier banana hair food is amazing as a mask! xx

i actually prefer Rouje to Sezane, i have a similar dress from Rouje and it doesn't need any lining since the material is so thick and substantial,i like Sezane for basics but i find Rouje is more fun and less conservative. As for the pricing, like other pricier brands i prefer buying off Vestiaire, so many pieces are brand new in a more affordable price.

Hello, the first dress is very pretty on you... and I am actually thinking of buying it... I agree with you it is clearly overpriced compared to the quality. However, there are some pieces that we cannot find it in other stores or brand. So, it is original and not a lot of women will wear the same model... Last year, I bought a red dress "Annick", the model is just lovely and the color is a real red ... It was expensive but I don't regret because I cannot find this model in another shop even if I didn't have time to wear last summer! But the first dress I really like it :-) Regarding Sezane, I don't like! I don't like the sizing, the quality... I think it is overpriced based on the quality. I don't understand the success of the brand Sezane...

Sezane has the same price and a lot of polyester this year, which is worse, and the viscose much thinner and weaker than in Rouje. Petite Mendigote the same ... they are standard prices for French medium-high desires

Great video , please do more Rouje :-). Just be careful when you wash the items- I heard its best to dry clean them so they dont shrink.

@@katie_louise I agree, its just worrying reading that some people only dryclean their Rouje dresses etc because otherwise they shrink. I have one or two that I have not yet used. Dont want to risk them shrinking though when its time for a wash.. not sure what to do :-(. Will be interesting to hear more about your experience.

I love all the items on you. But especially the pink dress. I live in the US and avoided ordering because of their return policy. They don’t even include a return postage that I would gladly pay for. I did finally order 2 tops and went up a size. One fit perfectly and the other fit oddly on me. I investigated returning it and it would have cost me $200. I kept it and will probably try to resell it. Given that Sézane has free returns I’ll stick to that brand.

Sezane doesn't have better quality than Rouje ;) and is certainly less unique. Sezane became global hence mass production. Rouje is still unique, and some cuts are way more classy and feminine than Sezane.

Ahh I would disagree, I know Sézane is more mass produced but I’ve always found their quality, generally, to be higher than Rouje. More natural materials, more attention to detail, cotton linings etc. Still love Rouje though!

I love the aesthetic of Rouje, and it definitely hits the vibe, but for that fabric? And no lining? And THAT price? I'm sorry, no.

Quite frankly, I don't see anything here that you couldn't get at a bargain department store at a much lower cost. The trousers are actually quite attractive on you, but the price is still too high. You look good in the vertical pinstripe.
