It's amazing you think it's OK for him to play with those ladies who have worked their whole lives to be great at something, and you literally kick them in the balls and tell them to screw off ,and they don't have a choice. Imagine how you're making the ladies feel. you should literally be embarrassed ashamed and so disappointed in yourselves for allowing this to happen.
