Ingredient :
1. Eggs
2. Optional fillings: Pickled radish, burdock, kimchi...etc. (It's delicious even without it)
3. Rice
1) Korean style: sesame oil + salt
2) Japanese style: vinegar + sugar + salt
The amount can be adjusted according to your taste.
In Japanese style, it is recommended to mix vinegar, sugar, and salt together and melt them in a microwave or over heat to make a blended vinegar and pour it on the steamed rice while checking the taste.
