Would you show us how to get out of a bullet proof rear naked choke? There a ton of simpleton videos on how to get out of a weak one, but none on how to 'really' get out of one that is expertly cinched.
this seems unnecessarily complex, i doubt i'd be able to pull that off in the heat of the moment when someone grabs your leg. i mean the first couple aren't bad, but the ones going into arm and leg locks just seem way to complex and over the top.
