I think the bleached wood is very pretty (which surprises me because I don't usually go for the lighter woods). I hope they aren't doing that to the truly old stuff, though.

So much to see! Some stunning pieces. So nice you learned (and we) something new. That little hutch with all the compartments was a lovely piece. Nice treasures found and home with you. I'm not a fan of the bleached wood pieces. If I am recalling something heard correctly, those pieces can't be later stained as it does something terrible to the wood. So, it's a look but I kinda dislike seeing those pieces used in this trend. I'm sure everyone has mixed thoughts about that. 🙂 Great video 🥰

There are so many unique pieces at Round Top and the prices reflect that, but there are still treasures to be found that are reasonable. It looks like you are loving your visit!!!

Love watching your Round Top videos.. I know the prices are high there, especially in Round Top area, but if you go a little further closer to La Grange and go to the little town of Warrengton, it's much more reasonable there. And there are definately deals to be had there...
