Same here. I was always that person that shopped until I got sick. Shopping, although I did it responsibly, trying to look 'cute' gave me something to punch up.
Ahhhh Jodie thank you so much for putting so much effort into styling your items even though you are in so much pain 🥰 it’s appreciated but not expected, always put yourself first. I am already so looking forward to your what I eat in a day, you look like an amazing cook so I am looking forward to some recipes 😃😃😃 Over the years I have gone from a size 24/26 to a size 14, I also have arthritis and my pain management is so much better now. My mind however is telling me I am still a size 18+ and I haven’t changed my style in years. After finding you about a month ago I already have so much more confidence and have been trying out new styles. I just wanted to say a massive thank you, you go above and beyond ❤️

Love the black and red dresses however because of my bat wing arms I never wear sleeveless in any clothes I go beyond my complex.The black dress with the nice size sleeves was for me totally. Jodie never worry about sitting down you do a marvelous job of modeling your stunning outfits. ❤

I literally just ordered from H&M and some of the same pieces you showed. Love your channel. I like to dress high low especially because I am working on being healthier...pair some Prada sandals with a nice H&M dress. We should be able to dress fashionably at any size. Great one today Jodie. I agreed with just about everything you said. I didnt like the pale green jacket and agree it was too big. I thought the smocked waist jersey dress in red. A quick once over with an iron would improve the fit and it suited you. I stopped buying from H M because of the awful sizing xxx

Great video as always. You are such an inspiration. Watching you makes me more interested in clothes as for the last few years Ive just worn joggers jeans and t shirts. Im now looking at different items of clothing like blouses dresses etc. Just a thought when you buy jeans etc. (i think it was your last Video) that come up to small, bear in mind that these clothes are made in different countries all over the world who possibly make clothes for the American market to that the measurements they work with are different and I think sometimes there could be a mix up. An American size 22 is the same as a UK 18. I think that maybe why you sometimes find a 22 to small as its more like a size 18. You take good care of yourself.❤

I feel my weight loss journey has been similar to yours, I went from a size 28 to size 22 a couple years ago when I had some health issues but I am struggling to stay on track and have put a bit back on, I’m now in between 22/24. I would be grateful to see your videos on this to help me make better choices also. Intermittent fasting helped me in the past so I think I will try to go back to that. I am really loving your style, and you have been choosing things I would go for ! Which is not great for wallet 😂

Hi Jodie Such a beautiful haul. The cream dress looks great on you. I agree with you about the wrap dress. Am not that keen on a buff colour myself tbh. That blazer is far too big. With oversized stuff you need to go down a few sizes. I love the black dress. The length on you is short.. The red dress looks better on you. I just love that white shirt i just love that white shirt and looks nice with the trousers. I used to wear shirts like that when i was in my twenties lol. They say if you keep things longenoughteywill comeback in fashion. Wow just love that shirt dress and looks better on than on a hanger. The broidere anglaise shirt looks nice on you. I like that myself. I love boxy tops and got 2. Have bought 7 dresses and the same in bottoms. Now to start on the blouses. I bought a pink top from there . Wow Jodie great haul, I would need a lay down after that lot. So many lovely pieces, especially liked the Broidierie Anglaise (try saying Broaderie Anglaze) and the top with the flower embroiderie on.. See what you meant about the black and red dresses. I do not like my knees on show, so they would be no good for me. I am so looking for a cream or white blazer, I bought one but could not get the tops of my arms down the sleeves, so disappointing. When will they realise that we plus size gals have arms and legs to match our bodies. Stay well, hope the good weather comes soon, god knows my joints need some warmth.
