Great video really well explained, I have been struggling to choose the right intake there are so many to choose from. I don't have a delivery date for mine yet, but I will be changing the intake and making some suspension upgrades, sway bars, IRS stiffeners etc. Look forward to seeing more content.
Thanks man, the piece on 13:11 I actually had to take it off so my 5.0 could breath properly. It was messing with my ECU with it on & I was getting the wrench on my dash. With it on it was actually 1cm smaller diameter than stock. My 5.0 is a 2018.
Thanks for sharing the install. Honestly, not fond of the engine cover/over the intake. To add, not that it matters, with the Roush name already on the intake (bottom part), not sure you needed the top sticky name 19:26
Have the same CAI waiting to install on my 19 GT. It looks great in all the vids I've seen. Did you have any negative issues after install. Are you still running it with no tune? Keep up the great work you are doing with vids like this.
Hi shaun, thank you for the support! I have had no negative issues with my CAI and it runs great without a tune....as long as you have the sleeve fitted!
Could you get a Coyote 2 cover to fit?! Could be worth looking into. Also, there are a few guides on YT to get rid of the sound pipe tail I managed it and I'm a klutz with shovel hands.
thanks for the comments, I dont mind it as it is now. Not too bothered about removing the sound tube, if I decide to sell the car and remove the Roush, I can easily reinstall the sound tube.
