I grew up watching Route 66 on TV. It was one of my favorite shows. * The Rt. 66 Diner is my favorite restaurant in Abq. * It's almost impossible to find a table in the Dog House any time near noon. And the line outside often gets very long. * I live in Abq., and in fact my apt. complex is on Rt. 66 (Central Ave.) in Nob Hill. So, I'm on it every day. I have several hundred photos of the ave.

I would avoid this place. It has one of the highest crime rates in the entire US. You have a 1 chance in 17 of being the victim of a crime. DRIVE THROUGH this city.
