Route 68 超马是我第三次参与的马路超马活动。去年因准备不足，在途中身体出现低温症状，所以决定在50公里处弃赛。
今年我卷土重来；虽然饱受12小时断断续续雨水的洗礼，不断被时间的追赶，也饱受身体疲劳和疼痛，但我真的凭着自己的毅力，冲破重重的难关，在截止时间内完成我首个100公里超马。
影片中，可以让初超马参与者；避免错误或犯上我同样的错误，当然要参与超马是不难，但要完赛就要付出一定的努力；我们一起加油吧！
This is my third time joining Route 68 Ultra
I did not finish the ultra marathon last year, due to lack of training and hypothermia symptoms, I feel sad but no choice I have to withdraw at 50km check point.
I made a comeback this year; although I was baptized by rain, constanly being rushed by cut off time, suffering from physical fatigue and pain, but I relied on my perseverance to break theough all the obstacles and finish my very first 100km ultra marathon.
New ultra marathoner may get some hints from my video; you can avoid making the same mistake I did. Of course, it os easy to join an ultra event, but it requires efforts to complete it; let’s keep it up and work hard together!
