Join me and my pals Jake and Brad as we take on 33 breathtaking kilometers of the Routeburn track. With the fresh dusting of snow the spectacular scenery went up a level, it's one of the most beautiful hikes I've ever done. There were a few special moments as some of the scenery reminded me of Scotland, I reference the Highland trail 550 route, those videos are here:
The Routeburn is one of New Zealand's "Great Walks" - A variety of premier tracks in some of the most scenic spots around the country, they vary in length and have guided options and many nice huts for you to take a few days to enjoy the tracks.
