I use to battle w severe depression and after close to 30 years I have been so graced by Holy Spirit to not only overcome depression but to have learned how to detect it when it’s trying to come back and placed it under my feet I use to have a lot of wounds that needed to be healed I now have tools that raise red flags on it and now there is a strong hold of God’s Word and weapons that bomb this spirit away I loved Pastor’s Vlad messages as they are practical and full of God’s Wisdom
Im a recovering heroin addict and getting my body and life health again is extremely important to me. I struggle with wanting to isolate All the time. When I'm around people i feel anxious to just be alone. God is telling me to fast and i keep failing. God I need your strength to overcome!
You need a little support- a friend from the congregation to stand by you during church gatherings. Then little by little you'll become stronger and less anxious.
Wow I feel this. I didn’t come to this video to help with the issue of being around people but it is my biggest struggle. I am asking God to heal that root of rejection and when vlad talked about fasting I knew it’s for me. Some demons can only be cast out by prayer and fasting. And then k saw your comment. I suffer horrible depression too. I have struggled most of my life with it and I am barely holding on. I need relief and its been worse with feeling like I might be homeless soon from all this inflation. Rising rents/food and I have no help. I cannot fix my car and I isolate because I am alone.

"Lived" two entire years on treatment against depression. Depression is no life. Depression is like being a walking dead. I sure know what kind of disgrace depression really is. What I have to say is: the only true heal, the only true treatment I got was Jesus speaking to me. Pastor Vlad is 100% correct, healthy habits indeed prevent depression, and helps to fight against it, but it will require LOT of love, support and patience from others. That's why a healthy church is crucial. You only find this kind of love and support on true christians. MUCH love, all the way from Brazil! Love you guys!!!
This was a true blessing, I was extremely depressed today, as I have suffered my whole life with an imbalance mentally. I dealt with depression almost all 2021 I’m so glad to hear this message as I’m hitting the gym . And I can attest to this advice. Exercise has helped a ton, eating healthy too, and my sleep is getting back to normal. Praise God. It’s little things that help or harm

I am a diabetic and it affects me. Working on loosing weight. Doing better, pressing into His Word. I do pray, and cry out to God, many times. My energy has been very low. I do chores to stay busy. Have a hard time on getting on tread mill. Neck and both rotor cuff injuries on shoulders, making that hard. But I am thankful I am able to sleep. A while back I couldn't. God is my helper!! Thank you for this message brother, I’ve struggled with anxiety/fear/depression and I prayed and prayed begging God to take it away but I felt like He didn’t I finally started taking medication and felt ashamed that perhaps I did not have enough faith for God to heal me plus unfortunately I came across some pastors stating that we shouldn’t take medication but learn to depend on the Word of God only, but again I’m glad I heard this message as I still pray and believe God is using medications and doctors to help me. I been struggling with Isolation, I am hoping to get deliverance from emotinal pain, guilt & shame, I went to a God fearing church this past sunday and it made me feel better, now I need to start going regulary.
Many times I think to commit suicide because of depression and loneliness and hopelessness. I felt that everyone left me that no one else cares for me and I'm destined to be alone for my entire life. I’m 34 and wrestled depression all my life. Just take things step by step and rush nothing. Go at your own pace and know that ultimately, when Christ does indeed return you won’t be dealing with this ever again. But until then, you got this. Just step by step. My first step was to take a walk each day. And then go from there. Eventually I made it to therapy and eventually into community. God has helped me walk it out. I’ll be praying for too of course!

I’m a Christian first and foremost and pray 🙏🏾 to my LORD JESUS and read His word. The enemy through depression still attacks me;however, my LORD JESUS got me and HE is greatly blessing me. The conclusion is as Christians we are in a constant spiritual warfare, yet the good news is that we win because our LORD JESUS won and He is risen. We must always fight and persevere. Pastor this word was so much for me.. I lost hope just like the Prophet and said as the prophet said take me, God assured me that He will not answer my prayer, first eat, sleep strengthen urself.. I know I am listening to this massage a long time after the life. But I really see everything that you are speaking of about depression and as you say that after doing everything possible as through discipline but I still battel with depression I find myself everytime in the same things. I struggle with thoughts that I believe is not mine and I pray I fast I whent through deliverance but its still there. And as you say that if you did everything but it is still there than there must be something else. Im depressed right now and based on the years that i have been suffering this the first thing that i do is to keep on praying on praying sometimes i feel like the prayers seems doesn't work at all. For you are my lamp, O Lord, and my God lightens my darkness. - 2 Samuel 22:29. Such a good word. The Lord has broken off so many chains from my life. He has completely freed me from 16 years of heavy pain and psychiatric medication. I've lost nearly 50 pounds. The Lord promised he would heal me but asked me to partner with him, so I began strength training and meeting with a nutritionist a year and a half ago, and having connections with my sisters in Christ has helped tremendously to not feel alone. The secret place is my secret weapon along with praise and worship, and I never skip church. When my mom died last year, the the Lord was closer than ever, and I found that what gave me the most relief was praying not for me but for others. So I can testify that all of this works. However, I still have a seasonal battle as it gets dark in the winter where I live, so this was a much needed message. I have cleansed my temple; I just needed a little perspective. (I do need my feet washed once in a while.) Thank you and bless you!
Also depression is a spirit. So you need to also see it in s spiritual way. I experience this for years also until the Lord showed me it was a spirit .

When your mind is in the past, you can’t enjoy the present. When you’re focused on the hurts, the wrongs, what they said, it’s going to keep you from the beauty of this day. You can’t stay in yesterday and enjoy today. You have to forgive, show mercy, and move forward. Keep joy in your home; keep laughter in your relationships. I know there are real issues, but living in strife, holding grudges, not forgiving, that’s keeping you from the new things God has in store.
