The "sharks teeth" ring is an after market device that's suppose to aid fuel atomisation to stop fuel pooling in the inlet manifold. They are junk and should be discarded along the ristrictors (if they were still in there).
The fuel breather with the filter. Where does that connect to. Im currently trying to get a 1991 LDV with a rover V8 running but all the fuel line rubber has perished
it holds a bracket for the vacuum advance in some solutions. It is a blind hole i.e. it doesnt allow anything to leak out if it is not fitted. so unless you have the bracket for the vacuum advance I wouldn't worry about the missing bolt. email me is you want to know the thread size and I will check on one of my manifolds tomorrow 👍🍻
