A buggy with roof top tent? I can hear all the overlanders screaming " not fare" Lol that would make for some interesting wheelin look fwd to seeing it. Maybe even a lil trailer to pull 🤔 thanks for sharing
Thank's for the tour you guys!!👍👍 My buddy raced in the 4400 class in the #100 Maui racing car. Unfortunately they didn't finish broke on top of Chocolate Thunder. Next year.😂👍👍
O snap!!! I will have to look his car up and see if we got to see his rig or meet them. This year was so much fun for us. we knew so many racers it was a constant battle to keep up with the trackers and live feed to follow them all. Some bad mother truckers to even enter that race!.
Howdy Howdy! Nice meeting you and Jess at The Forty, my girlfriend and I made the corner of your video at the Taco Truck lol 😂 You guys are super chill and thank you for getting the Wrecked Gear Merch out last minute before you left for HT.
Super cool meeting you guys too!!! Can't thank you guys enough for scoopin up merch and supporting what we do!. Thanks for thinkin we are chill!!! We always wonder what people think when they meet us. If its what they expect or not lol.
oh nice, great edit and overview of the event. been wanting to make it to KOH for a while now. cool to see a quick overview of some stuff to expect. sure there's so much that doesn't get on cam, thanks for showing us around a little. the night crawling is my favorite wheelin, good times, p.s. nice info on those bomber glasses, good to see a decently priced pair of glasses that's not going to run you 300 dollars. guess I've been living under a rock because you had me check them out for the first time... also, I don't comment a lot but love the vids, thanks for sharing the experiences
There was for sure a convenience tax. but I think the tacos were like 3 bucks a price and they were huge. then in hammer town the pizza was about 20 bucks or so for a 12 inch. But for them going all the way out in the middle of no where it was a tax I was happy to pay.
They do such a good job, as the event grows the accommodations and planning of the event gets better and better. I would for sure go check it out. You will be blown away on how much bigger it is.
The first time I went to Johnson Valley was in 2001 with Charlie Melchner for an ARCA rock crawling event. I think there may have been 15-20 campers in the lakebed. Now look at what it is.
Bro!!! I have had so many brans of glasses and these suckers are by far the favorite ones I've ever warn. I think its do to them not only working great but knowing that if a rock hits them they wont shatter and keep dust out. Functionality trumps everything when your an offroader.
I never realized how tall you are. I got a lot of looks around Hammer town wearing your swag. I had one young lady stop me and said she is best friends with Colby. I got to check out your buggy while it was parked in front of the Swag gate, Nice setup. Keep the video's coming.
Ha ha ha! yea I'm a big dude all around!. Stoked you were rockin our swag!!. Kolbee's friend you met, her dad was racing for fire river race team!. They are an awesome family!!!.
@@WRECKEDGEAR Thats wild. Glad to know the important people still think of me haha. Its been a few months since I talked to Skyler. Ill have to hit him up again. I am hopefully coming back into town this summer. If the wife and I do ill let you know. It would be killer to catch up.
@WRECKEDGEAR bro that's not a city it's just a bunch of people camping and vendors just like Baja minus the rock crawling they don't call it the gran daddy of desert races just for no reason you don't kno what your talking about and disrespecting like that calling a little3 or 4 30 mile loop race with mostly rock crawlers and ultra 4s a bigger deal then a Baja 1000 peninsula run or even a loop 1000 just shows you don't kno jack sht the ignorance showed kinda quickly with that one
