Thank you for the informative video! I retired from a corporate job in 2021 and slowly going through a bucket list of dreams that I set aside for "when I retire." So I signed up with the local rowing club for an Intro training class! I am so excited about it that I wanted to do some research to learn at least some lingo before showing up to class.
