If you noticed, there's an audible pause between 'miss' and 'you.' gives the impression that she was about to have a Freudian slip and say 'Nobody will miss _me',_ but managed to catch on at the last word in that sentence and correct herself.
@@mr.machine3328 Can you honestly say you don't hear the lines of someone who's themselves being abused and told that exact same thing constantly? We even see pretty blatantly obvious evidence in the form of Vanessa passes through Roxy's room, after Parts and Serves, and a few minutes later, when Gregory and Freddy pass through, we find Roxy crying and telling herself she's not a loser. Like Vanessa just hurled abuse at Roxy and drove her into that state - and Vanessa likely does that regularly.
@@benwatso they are all programmed to protect guests, they’re being hacked That is presumably part of the reason Roxy cries in her room Fearing what could happen to her if she steps out of place
@@benwatso bruh what do you mean she is mean to gregory, literally EVERYONE is mean to gregory except freddy and I guess sun. They're all trying to catch and kill him lmao.
@@neoniix7889 they’re hacked lmao. As they said they are meant to protect guests but once glitch trap/burnt trap hacked them they became hostile. That’s why they’re all mean as they are trying to hurt Gregory due to aftons blood lust
And no one apparently likes Foxy being replaced, I mean they tore Mangle to pieces because of that and here they pretty much emotionally destroyed Roxy instead of literally destroying her
it's honestly sad. fazbear just wanted to put refreshing novelties into Freddy 's band, and roxy is cool as well. although it would be nice to see foxy and her side by side
@Roxxy_Spends_ Five Nights At Freddys I really do question Roxy’s lines towards Gregory. Why is she constantly ask Gregory if she’s his favorite? Why does she seem to have no problem with him staring at her from the vents?
@@darassylmoniakam but everyone LOVES classic Foxy and replacing him is apparently a sin to in game fazbear fans. I wouldn’t be surprised if Roxy had a driving force against Foxy or looks up to them or Freddy as some sort of inspiration or idol. I wouldn’t be surprised if she would stare at Freddy through the wall if she’s not crying or staring at the mirror.
What I love about all of the main 3 antagonistic band members is that alot of their lines sound like actual lines programed into them for interacting with children on the daily
And then there’s Roxy, saying “I bet you don’t even have friends” like who approved that??? Realistically it’s the hacking but also why would they give Roxy a personality chip that makes her cry? The robots apparently feel some level of pain/error as flashing or shooting broken Monty with no sunglasses makes him scream in pain! The techs are messed up in the head
@@starrfall214 I think the vrius brainwash their memory with false one Kinda like how megatron corrupt bublumbee memories in all hail megatron in the First season of tranfomers cyberverse But hey it a theroy a game theroy!
@@Im.Smaher I didn't say ALL of their lines are, I just said a few of their lines like "Staff only" "let me take you to your parents" "are you lost?" Etc. Of the many many times I got lost as a child I can't tell you how many times employees have said similar things to me
that's an interesting detail. It give us an idea of how they were before they become hacked. but apparently they still thinks they can help Greg even if they seek to harm him
It's either cruel that her programmers (in game, not the real ones) purposefully chose to make her live with that pain, or terrifying that her AI turned to such a human thought process from what they provided.
maybe she wasn't like that originally. maybe she was confident and proud during the time of her creation and first performances , but then she eventually found out she can be replaced if she didn't satisfy the expectations of the public and Fazbear. they wanted to create an advanced AI to make her appealing with the other Glamrocks , but her AI is so advanced she has developped other sides of her personality like a real human being. i guess nameless dork has some kind of fascination with her, mixed with fear and sadness for her. Please don't suddenly answer me, i just said that passing by
@@RadiantSharaShaymin I don't think that came from her programmers. I think that's an effect of people like Vanessa and other senior staff alternately treating her like she's nothing but a tool, or being deliberately cruel to her. When she says things like "you are nothing" "nobody will miss you" or "I'll bet you don't even have any friends" it's likely she's been told similar things and is she's trying to make herself feel better by passing the bullying along to someone else that she can get away with bullying. - and if she were to really process what she's doing, she'd probably discover it's not helping and if anything, is making her feel worse.
I initially had the same "oh great, one of THOSE people" reaction the first time I heard her intro you get in the vents. But when she stammered telling herself she's the best in that monologue, I immediately thought "oh, hang on, she's trying to CONVINCE herself she's worth something, narcisists usually have self esteem problems and hide behind their I'm Perfect Wall to save themselves." I'll admit I was more sad than I probably should have been when I found I was right. And for some reason, her "WHY are you hiding from me?" hits me too. Like... shes looking for confirmation shes worth it from the person shes being hacked to kill. It sounds like she either doesn't know or realise what shes doing because she's been hacked and can't tell. And like shes begging for you to come out because she doesn't understand, hoping you'll be happy to see her, hyped up that you're meeting your favorite and her ruined state doesn't change that. Even belittling her situation by saying she "just needs a little work done." She doesn't want to face how destroyed she is, doesn't want to admit to anyone how destructive her problems are to her. She's supposed to be cool, confident, and in control, not an aimless frazzled mess stumbling after the fading sounds of an impossible dream...
My least favourite is maybe Montgomery Gator,no,i like them all But in this order Roxanne Wolf Glamrock Chica Glamrock Freddy Fazbear And Montgomery Gator But i like him too, also i would put them all on second place but I can't psychically XD
@@MuteObserver I could see it occurring in a cutscene like: Gregory is about to open the door. "My face..." Gregory suddenly stops in place, frightened by the sudden voice. "My face?" Gregory turns around to see that Roxy is still alive. "MY FACE!!!!" Roxy runs in Gregory's direction, but Gregory leaps to the side just in time for Roxy to miss him and instead collide with the door. "Give me back my EYES!!!" Gregory hears Roxy rage from inside the room. Gameplay resumes with the player now aware of Shattered Roxy's gimmick and how to take advantage of it to escape.
Roxanne is easily my favorite character from SB. On that note: dear God her destroyed model is actually fucking terrifying up close. Also she's not a bitch she is best girl and I will die on that hill.
@@frickinbee5529 Yes that is what transpires in that instance. She's upset with herself for not having caught Gregory already, which is made apparent if you listen to the whole dialogue she has with herself in the moment.
Tbh roxy has the most personality (besides Freddy) out of the others, her narcissism is covered but self-esteem issues (it looks like that to me) that alone gives her a human touch that I like
she is not narcisstic, she is afraid of what the others would think of her. i do not think she appreciate her appearance particularly, she just try to give a good image of her. plus it is possible than vanny of glitchtrap talks through her
Well, I actually had to take a deep look at the character of Monty when I did my Reddit theory on what happened to Bonnnie. I found some very surprising things to his character that people just looking at the surface and only the obvious. My dive made me realize Monty seems to be suicidal. If you really examine his behavioiur against official info about suicide risks, he ticks almost all the boxes. So we have a robot chicken who's suffering from addiction, a Robot Bear who misses his best friend, but can't even say the guy's name anymore, a robot Gator who's suicidal and a robot wolf who's suffering from low self esteem and is probably being abused. Anyone see a pattern here?
I think Roxy really is a good girl but Aftons fucking with her AI messed her up. I do think her wanting to be the best but secretly thinking shes a loser is part of her personality. The more agressive side is Afton I believe. The more meek voice lines I think are her real persona.
I kind of disagree? I think maybe Roxy was just confident before, Afton gave her insecurities and also made her more agressive, but I don’t think she was meek.
I'm a bit disappointed that the animatronics don't interact with or acknowledge one another, aside from that one brief exchange between Roxanne and Freddy in her green room. It could have contributed so much more to their personalities. Though I suppose it may also have made them more relatable and less scary.
You could still make them talking to each other scary, plus it would make them feel more alive than just robots. I was expecting them to talk to each other about different ways to get Gregory, how he manages to out run or and out smart them, call others to come help, wonder why Freddy is acting weird or questioning if he's helping Greg. Make sense since they're all friends who would also talk to each other when the Pizza Plex is open, and they got their own advanced AI
I love the fact that when the other animatronics search for you they're like "Come out, we want to help, we're friendly!" and Roxy is like "Im going to bully the balls off you for no reason' I love her so much
It’s really funny when you remember they’re literally just endo skeletons with whatever character they’re playing as clothing. Imagine all the Roxy endos all with the exact same personality issues
If these animatronics are able to exhibit human emotions and express complex emotions like empathy (I'm sorry superstar.) Sorrow (I'm still beautiful, right?) And anger then it could be possible their personalities are shaped by their experiences. Like there could be a Roxy without the self esteem issues, there could be a Freddy that prefers to play lamb of God over 80s synth pop, a Chica that wants to break away from the group and found a new band of other chicas. It's even explained in one game that you can order your own animatronics for companionship, well what's the perfect way to market a companion? By having it adapt to whoever owns it, and if they're sent back wipe the hard drive and start again with a new customer.
Tbh, I do like Roxy, and would hug her to tell her she is the best at what she does and doesn't need to prove it to anyone else. And definitely enjoy G.Chica as best Chica. The two have way more personality than Monty, all things considered.
I personally prefer Monty over Roxanna when it comes down to it simply because of the way she goes about handling her insecurities and how harmful it is to her and others. In all she's a pretty interesting character.
Monty feels like a non-entity to me. For me, he only showed up at the start, at the prize counter, on the first trip to parts and service, his boss battle (which I did last), and against burntrap, so he he only had maybe half an hour of screen time for me compared to the hours of Chica and Roxy.
Imagine being her voice actors neighbour and coming up to her door to give her cookies and hearing: Your hair is beautiful Your tail is beautiful GIVE ME BACK MY EYES *Random screams of rage*
I believe roxxane puts so much pressure on herself it's because she is the replacement for Foxy and she knows how important he was to the franchise so she wants to be "perfect" like him that's why you hear her crying cause she knows she isn't as famous as Foxy but she wants to be a perfect replacement and make him proud
I never really thought about roxy being a replacement, I always assumed that she was planned at the start (unlike Monty, who seems to be a replacement after Bonnie mysterious went out of commission), but it makes sense and further ties into her insecurities of being inferior
The way she said “We should’ve found him by now” was kinda off,all of her other lines seem aggressive and rude to Gregory. But that one seemed like she was worry for Gregory.Idk I might be wrong that voice line just stood out to me.
6:00 she not that thing she actually dont like herself and she says shes de best and those things to make her fell better about herself so like she says she gonna find him first its bc she wanna make her friends proud she say shes not a loser bc shes trying to feel better she say the kid its just lucky bc she was angry she couldnt make her friends proud and like shes my favourite bc of that shes not a brat she dont eat trash and she its not so angry like monty- I LUV ROXY SHE IS THE BEST :D
She and the other animatronics, save for Freddy, are under control. Hopefully with Glitchtrap/Afton taken down, they and Vanessa are free. Could work for a great DLC addition, showing the morning after and Freddy helping his fellow animatronics, getting them to maintenance.
Why do I get the feeling her narcissism created a split personality in her head? Like, while she's in conversation with herself she starts referring to herself in the 2nd person perspective and then responds in the 1st person perspective. When Gregory enters her room, she says "What was that?" almost anxiously, like she's afraid and then immediately transitions to a condescending tone saying it's nothing. Adds a bit more tragedy to Roxy when you think about it.
My guess is it's not a split personality, it's Gltchtrap talking to Roxy because he can't fully control her, so since he knows or made her weaknesses worse, he's talking her into hunting down Gregory
I know Roxanne Wolf has her insecurities and her aggressive attitudes, and I am convinced she has the potential to grow beyond her programming. I also entertain the idea about Gregory fixing her and hopefully becoming friends for her. Call me fickle for saying so, I just see potential in Roxy's character.
@@untamedtec6441 I don't think it really fits Roxanne but basically impostor syndrome is when a person constantly sabotages their own lifes with negative thoughts, which can make learning and developing abilities extremely difficult. Just like giving up on drawing because you didn't make a masterpiece on your first try.
There should have been a cutscene where she yells “you…you little freak! You ruined my face! Look what you did to me! You made me ugly! Who’s going to take photos with me now?!”
Sometimes I listen to this to help me fall asleep; don’t question me please Her mentality issues, and her crying, and pain of having glitchtrap’s presence in her. It makes me feel like I’m not the only one in pain. That being said I also feel extremely bad for her; hopefully the dlc could tie into the burntrap ending and she’ll be freed, and maybe we could repair her. #Rockonroxy 💜
I’d assume because withered Bonnie actually has a child’s soul in him, the child’s not relying on the robot to see, it’s just more of a physical body to use. Meanwhile, the Glamrock animatronics have no souls in them (besides Freddy) they just have advanced personality chips so it’s her literal eyes you’re taking. Plus, from Freddy we see the top part is a face plate separate from the bottom. She needs a whole new top faceplate to even put new eyes in!
Note im talking about strictly from a mechanical note little kid souls I think it could be different era's of robot witherd bonnie has fixed cameras that has a eye in front like a shell witch knowing the place where he was from and the era it makes sence while Roxy is mutch newer has increased mobility what appears to be some form of "life" and has the cameras built directly in the eyes needed for better walking better coordination better almost everything except when the eyes are removed in Bonnie's case hes fine roxy is blinder then Steve wonder. side note I do feel kinda bad when her eyes get removed she has some form of sentience I would act like her if someone made me blind
Sometimes I think Roxy is incredibly depressed and is trying to cope by telling herself all of these kind things to herself, and shunning everybody else
