if your laptop has got a USB 2.0 i do not no but go and reinstall the software but before plugin the USB into your laptop / pc and then reinstall the software but you must keep the roxio plugin all through the setup i hope this help

Hi there, i have tried everything and still get the "hazy screen", but its only when the USB is plugged into my laptop

hey, everytime i try to change the setting it freezes?

I've done tht and set it to 1080I settings in xbox and i have tryed everything please help me PM me or anything please

well, when im playing in 1080p/ 720p it works fine but because it takes forever to upload to youtube I need to play in the worse one, but it is just awful, can you explain how I can fix it or not? thanks
