" Happy Birthday Bryan Ferry " !! " Whose Sophistication Knows No Bounds " !! " Thankyou For 50 Years Of " Musical Brilliance " !!!!! From Adrian Browne 1965
get the real thing - I found this version on the Atlantic Years, which is a very rare Roxy, indeed. Bought it used when I was in 20-21, in Tucson, at Bookman's - it's still around. I teach, and they are a vendor I set up for purchasing used films for my FILM STUDIES CLASS - rock and roll music inspires in continuous circles, always such positive influences in our world!

Just bought a mint 12" UK copy, best song ever recorded by this incredibly original band..... nice to not have that damn record number at the top right - UK has a clue with covers, lol!!!!!!!
The proud owner, and rightly so. You have the 'vinyl sleeve' by RoxyMusic? - it should read something like: I have the seven inch vinyl of Angel Eyes, with the sleeve signed by ....
Roxy Music's Angel Eyes, Squeeze's Tempted, Ace's How Long, Mike & The Mechanics Living Years are just a few of the tracks played/performed on, v under-rated Musician👍
I was controlling with this very interesting site… take a look and tell me what do you think 🤔. Thx for the comment🙏❗️All the best. ∟∪⊂∀ ˜_˜ www.vivaroxymusic.com/singles_27.php
To say that this track is taken from the album Manifesto is a little misleading. The album version is much more rock'n'roll than this or the usual 7''' version. Not better. Just a lot different.
The UK has always been where it's at for clubbing. This from 1979! Ingenious idea to put out an official version for clubs only. Roxy were always ahead of the times.
@@sipsun8 Hm. not quite sure what you mean. All i meant was, as much as i enjoyed the music, the sound of the needle running out brings back great memories.
@@oedipusnj I’m sorry! It is not always easy for us who have learned the language at school to understand everyday English or what we read online. I understood - wrongly - that you meant that the only good part was the end and so I wrote this little phrase that means - it's an Italian way of saying - "not all donuts 🍩 succeed with a hole" meaning to say that one thing may not please everyone ... Excuse me again. I'm glad you enjoyed the video anyway! Warm regards, ∟∪⊂∀ ˜_˜
@@sipsun8 No worries & thanks for the lesson in Italian idioms! In the U.S. we commonly say "to each their own tastes" or "he/she wouldn't have any taste if it wasn't for bad taste". Thanks again for the wonderful clip
