Some people just attack randomly or just use Marcus to own everything. then they get owned later on when they need more than one character to kill everything.
to be fair ive never understood like when ur guy CLEARLY gets a spear in the heart in the animation and it says NO DAMAGE! 0.0 dont mess with that guy hes a ghost
No, Roy isn't in Brawl because they thought that people would like Ike better. Roy's a lot stronger then that, there's no way that a normal Soldier would take him out. It's quite obviously a hack. The Soldier, I mean.
Yeah, but I rarely notice because I usually own them with Knights, who, despite their low speed, can usually double-hit them. And then take no damage from them. XP Plus, you say they have a good strength stat, but then quite a few units have good strength stat plus more good or better stats.
Yeah, but still. That's gotta hurt lots. I can understand being killed by a Mydrimon, or however you spell it, or a sniper or a wyvern rider, but a SOLDIER? If you MANAGED to survive the grizly wound, that'd hurt your self-confidence.
What i found funny is not only did he get owned, but Roy's battle animations with the Sealed Sword made him look even more fail seeing how epic they are
Sorta. First time I played Fire Emblem, rather than using Lyn or Eilwood, I used either A. During Lyn's storyline, everyone else and then just Wallace B. Just Marcus, occasionally using Lowen or Oswin to finish off any characters which survive. Nowadays I NEVER use Marcus.
anybody can get owned by computers if they are using the right units. I dont know how many times i lost a high level hero to warrior or berserker with a swordslayer
soldiers acualy have a good strength stat if you ever took the time to notice. And i don't knock em either. Cuz i would be knocking Nephine then, shes from Path of Radiance btw.
I don't see why that comment got -2. I was only stating the truth. They already had Marth for speed and Ike for power in Brawl, why would they need Roy for power? Besides, everyone outside of Japan who played Fire Emblem at this point had more likely used Ike before then Roy. Thus, it was also a decision for the fans.
Usually if the Lord is a high enough level it'll take more than one hit from a swordslayer to kill them. And if they do die, remember it for your re-try and own the swordslayer guy with a lance user.
You obviously haven't realized something else: Your units pretty much always have higher stats than the equivilent enemy. For example, in FE8, a level 8 Joshua (who is a mydridon) will have superior stats in most, if not all, areas.
he was re-enforcements, so i didnt take notice of him untill he attacked me =.= And i prefer to indirect combat everything. Makes the world so much easyer.
@frankyagernull Lol, I love how people say photo shopped, even though this is animated... Was it truly necessary to 'hack', photoshop, edit?, and cheat just to obtain those numbers? Our future, huh? Anyways, that is a badarse soldier. And he's not having a bad day, he just picked up the wrong sword.
