Love Royal Air Maroc! They finally are starting to become ambitious again after a long period of deeply sleeping and I am all for it. I fly with them exclusively to and from Morocco to support their journey to success

Casablanca from what I can see from your videos and others is a beautiful modern well thought and planned airport. In addition Royal Air Maroc has improved and modernized its fleet and their service as well. I love the Moroccan jasmine tea and it was presented to you on a nice glass in addition to having a wine glass for any wine you may desire. The overhead bin looked dirty as well as the light gray area of your seat. I do not know if it is the light or not. You did not mentioned about a pillow and blanket provided as well as an amenity kit from Casablanca to Lyon. You did not show the IFE and the trajectory of the flight and the height if it was 40,000 feet high or the semi average of 35,000 to 38,000. How was the meal the fish plate? It did not looked appealing? Also they are still serving all the food all at once in one tray. You did not tell us the hours between Casablanca and Lyon. How nice of them to provide you with a refreshing drink it looked like a lemonade for the short haul trip. Thanks again.
That meal service is just a joke for a business class flight. What happened to rounds with starter, main, desert, cheese? Since when do we serve business class meals wrapped in plastic and on a single tray? Literally the only difference with economy is the cutlery and actual plates instead of plastic.

To be honest im a Moroccan and i dont even like to go with royal air maroc for many reasons in the airport almost all all the people talk in French but we are in an arabic country and not all of them can speak English, the business class in royal air maroc does not worth that price u know business class in RAM its like economy in Emirates or Qatar and the treatment from the crew its not like that level to pay for business class from Casablanca to the US u can pay the same price and go with Qatar airways the best airline ever ( Perfect business class + Qsuits + the coolest lounge in Doha ever ) i do not advise this airline for long distance flights
Well lt also depends on the aircraft type, you can expect a Qsuits in a narrow body or even a winglet, for example if you check the 787 , the business class is pretty good , it’s very comfy too. As for the languages , I believe all the staff speak English +French and Arabic. As for the airport french is more spoken which is the case for the whole country, since we we’ve being using french as first foreign language for ages
Meh product, definitely not worth what you paid (hope someone else is footing the bill). The cling film on the plates looks cheap, not sure why AT expects J passengers to unwrap it. 6/10.
