husky very cute breed but summer season they hate naturally. Avoid pedigree pro or any packed food. do little hard work for 2 months. bring soya crush... add skimmed milk and give in morning. in afternoon give boiled pumpkin and lassi ( plain buttermilk) . evening - give some Lauki boiled mix with skimmed milk or curd night - if u can, use egg crush and 1 wheat chapatti with curd. keep on rotation these type of food.... boiled rice with curd . boiled beans ( but very less quantity just like supplements along curd ) it will help to keep tummy easy and healthy and protect your puppy from heat. packed food are high in protein and fat.. avoid them in summer season. still if you have puppy but don't have time to prepare these things then use Farmina food ( very expensive but actually will help and protect)
Just for your Information- Royal Canin and Pedigree are from the same company MARS International. The reason for the price difference is pedigree is made of mostly by products and royal canin uses good ingredients. And royal canin doesn't have manufacturing units in India they import it but pedigree manufacturers in India that is the reason for this price.

@MD Syed in my opinion canin creek,farmina n and d,focus and acan are the best dog foods,I will not suggest u origen because it's high in protein,rember whenever u go for a dog food u should check its ingridents list.

if you want to choose one from these two for gsd, then I would suggest go for Pedigree Pro. Drool is more hyped product and quality is just average. Even I don't suggest to mix it with Pedigree. Other thing.... even if u want to bring down the cost of food, then start using desi diet. In afternoon feed curd , lassi ... after some gap feed boiled rice+ soyabean boiled . in night give one chapatti mixed in milk. morning mix some paneer in pedigree... reduce 1 part quantity of pedigree in ratio of 2 part added quantity of paneer. Your dog will be much happy and drive a lot of nutrition value. within 15 days , u can notice result on fur, on bones and activity
after usage of different products over a period of time, i have reached to following conclusion :- Mix 3 kg Pedigree Pro + 1 KG RC = u will get 4 kg mixture. average the cost also and balance the required nutrition. upto starting 1.5 months - give mixture 200 gm per day ... soaked in water or curd. next 1.5 to 3 months - give 200 gm this mixture and start adding boiled carrot, potato, curd, boiled soya .. next 3 to 6 months - 300 gm mixture. add Wheat floor chapati, curd, boiled carrot, potato, water mixed milk, lassi , 1 calcium bone per week . 6 to 18 months - 300 gm mixture, chapati, boiled vegetable, 4 eggs per week boiled. if summer season give 2 eggs per week. calcium bone, dalyia ( porridge) without sugar or salt. 18 months onwards - 100 gm mixture per day... add divided portion in every meal and give home made balanced diet. Ur puppy/dog will have shiny coat , healthy bones, fully active, and will have healthy fat body structure.... I have normally people want to keep healthy active home friendly dog. Mostly people don't want to take dog for shows and even don't afford Rs 300 Rs diet per day that is required if u want your dog to be super model. Bhaaai, a healthy diet can be economical also.... try it. for a treat to dog ... once in a month u can give Chicken gravy, for easy access u can give pedigree packed stuff. But if you can , try to feed home made food. thats preservative free.
Best dog dry food in the world is orijen 3kg 6000 rupees but orijen has one 340grm packet because of its price they make it so people can buy it and mix it with other food,so I started with royal canine which was wonderful but later shift to pedegery pro because both are same and if you remove import cost per kg of royal canine will be around 500 and it's from France where labour costs is far higher than India and local taxes including export taxes if you remove export taxes and labour cost difference it will cost around 300 to 380 per kg so , pedegery pro is far better than royal canine and in USA, UK, Canada Australia etc royal cannine is not premium brand ,no 1 in world is orijen than Purina, than &ND ,than Farmina than Acande ,so I mix 340grm of orijen which cost around 530 to one kg pedegery pro and the result I am getting is beyond imagination my lab is only 3months 27days already 18inches I bought lab actually rescuer gave me they rescued it from puppy mill which was in terrible condition,when I got it I gave them 6500 because they're doing excellent work even they dennied after I insist, but my lab was only 32daya approx according to vet and there was no chance he will survive because of male nutrition lack of mother milk worm and infection inside stomach he was supposed to be black but he turned into ash colour and his entire body had nothing but bone and furr was missing almost 70% ,vet admitted he never seen so poor condition puppy still alive,he never seen worm like this first night he was sleeping unable to sleep because of pain just trying to sleep I notice white something coming out of his anus first one two than 10 to 15 together than 50+ next morning vet told me it is tape worm and because of quantity its now coming out he need deworming injection and lose motion tablet he gave when he came home he went to potty vet never seen or imagine amount of tape worm came out some are few inches long at least 2kg but after deworming his stomach become small and he started eating little but I noticed he was not able to seat or sleep and whining like he is in pain we take him for body scanned and found because of worm earlier vet can't seen infection inside stomach his infection was do bad it's takes half stomach and it's because of worms so he was by than 38days and already went through so much but because of infection he still needs more injection tablets will not work vet gave him 9injection daily one injection but than when he was 47days old miracle happend infection gone no pain even vet told me he was not supposed to survive his liver was weak and vet thought antibiotics injections may totally damage it but just little not much,I remember the day earlier we have force feed him or ors but that day when he reach home gave him royal canine he was like hungry from thousand years within 2min entire 100grm finish mom gave him another this time full bowl within 2min he finished it after half and our at lunch we gave him pedegery chicken chunks and liver with rice within few minutes entire bowl was like someone just cleaned it ,than we gave him fish and rice what we where eating within minutes finish, first time I saw my mom was so happy he never played before I also have one Indian Spitz now 5months and one pure inde 6months we live in3bhk flat but we adopt them because we were soon moving to our place but because of corona second wave worked stopped first week of June we will shift to our house ,it was like now can't explain lol 3,,room 3puppy but after my lab was healthy he was like I never seen him playing but than he started running entire house wagging tail forcing other two to play with him and also around 6am bring his leash he loves outside wall and now my lab everyone say is show grade
what is the age of GS ?? and at your place , is it winters or quite pleasant weather ?? in Northern India, winters are harsh . So, hard diet can be given
@@fatehwarring275 RC Maxi starter, 2 scoop or can say 1.5 bowl ( koli ) in whole one day... divide 1.5 bowl in whole day. add with other food as suggested below:- 4 meals a day.. every meal quantity 100 gm -150 gm. 1 portion of RC + some milk + paste or crushed potato or carrot or khichdi of moongi daal rice or chicken stock or little white portion of egg or some pieces of soya chunks. Upto 3 months of age follow above diet. slowly increase 50-100 gm every 7 days .. after 3 months of age, in whole day 500-600 gm diet in total should be consumed Please don't put your loving dog on mkt food in total. It causes many problems later on as heavy preservatives and chemicals cause stress on kidneys, liver, heart. after 6 months... keep mkt dog food for occasionally used. give eggs , healthy balanced home food, boiled chicken GS will grow like giant and will stay fit. Your concern should be to keep dog healthy and fit and not to make him bulky fatty.
I started my puppy on RC then switched to pedigree pro and you can immediately tell the difference in protein by the dangerous farts and smell of his poo.
bro start giving pedigree pro in small quantity in addition to rc. over period of 10 days increase Pedigree quantity and decrease rc quantity. and if summer feeling has started in your town (don't know from where u r), start giving fresh bowl of curd to dog once every afternoon
Both brands are made by the same company. If what you are saying is correct, why do the same company maintain two brands one competing against the other? In short, what you are saying is that the same company is selling a better product at a lower price compared to its own different product. Please base your decision on actual results on the dog.

@@nishidotsaini i have tried RC for labrador puppy n results are superb...now i am giving Hill Science diet to my lab n from one week i can see growth 👍 jan feb n few days of March i used Pedigree pro n found it useless for labradors you can say just a filler food
now ur lab must be 6 months old. As winters are falling, stop giving lassi to dog ( twice a week in afternoon only little quantity). Start giving 1 egg every evening. add boiled carrot frequently, spinach soup( once a week) , add much boiled pulses and small quantity of rice. In winters if you give liver tonic like Hapanust, after winters, dog's growth will be superb. Dependency on mkt. food should be minimised to avoid chemicals preservatives as much possible

blend little dog milk powder in luke warm watee, add little boiled rice ( proper blend then ) , feed it. .Avoid cow/buffalo milk. 3 or 4 times in a week in afternoon, give small bowl of curd ... ( at room temperature) After 70 days, start grinded pedigree puppy or RC puppy along with dog milk powder Till 1.5 to 2 months in a whole day, feed quantity should be 280 gm to 300 gm. divide accordingly. from 2 months to 3 months - 350 gm . Make sure to do deworming. Make sure , puppy don't eat any plant leaves or eat mud from plant pots as manure goes in his stomach.
