Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you regarding the incident that occurred at the रिठाला NDMC Service Center on 03-05-2024, as per your direction. As you are aware, I had visited the service center to get the persistent issues with my Royal Enfield motorcycle resolved.
Upon reaching the service center, I spoke to the floor manager. He explicitly stated that they would not perform any work on my motorcycle and would not open a job card for it. He claimed that he had been instructed not to do so by his senior.
I immediately contacted Royal Enfield customer care and placed them on a conference call with the floor manager. Subsequently, I called your team as well and added them to the conference call. However, unfortunately, your team did not answer the conference call.
Following this, I also called the ZSM and the HQ team, but they too did not answer my calls. Finally, I received a message from RSM Sir. After some discussion over messages, he came to inspect my motorcycle. He observed my motorcycle from a distance and checked its sound.
He explicitly stated that the sound coming from the motorcycle was completely normal, even though the same sound had been present earlier. He also informed me that he could not disclose this issue to anyone else, as it would result in a loss of trust in us. He said that he had been forbidden in this matter and had to state that the sound was normal. He also stated that he could not name the individuals who had instructed him to do so.
Sir/Madam, it is beyond comprehension how a service center can refuse to address the issues with my motorcycle. Even more concerning is the fact that your team and other senior officials are refusing to assist me in this matter.
I humbly request you to take immediate cognizance of this matter and ensure that the issues with my motorcycle are resolved. I will now only visit the service center again once the plant team has developed it. Please do not force me to get my motorcycle inspected without the plant team present.
I eagerly await a swift resolution to this matter.
