This bike is simple, clean and efficient to do touring. It has its downsides given that it's a low cost bike, but it delivers on what you ask, and that needs to be touring.
nice review,but the point of less mileage of Std500 is not relevant. I have it and it is giving me an average of around 34 kmpl while touring and within city it comes around 30-31 kmpl.
Dost mujhe standard bohot pasand hai par bullet ke issues aur expenses ke karan main soch raha hoon ke kharidna theek hoga ya nahi. 6 months se yehi soch mein hoon..Maine Dominar 400 bhi dekhta hai acha bhi laga. Power, features aur comfort toh badhiya hai par dil bullet par hai...main Abhi 2003 model pulsar 180 use kar raha hoon aur mujhe koi problem nahi aayi. Please help ki standard 350/500 ya Dominar 400 mein se kaunsa kharidun
Hi bhai hope u r doing Good. Bro just wanted to knw if u hv changed the BATTERY coz stock one in only 5Amps n u hv also hv installed FOG LIGHTS ..so doesn't the Battery Drain too quickly ?

You made the right decision.. Even i have asked multiple guys in Showroom .. they said Standard 350 is the best in mileage & low in maintenance then classic 350. I go upto 70 in cities... Machine & spec wise both same.. even Standard 350 is taller than classic & thunderbird.. You have made the right decision.. Try searching in Google, you will not find any issues or negative feedback for Standard Bullet 350

Sir there are some questions. Are there any breaking issues in standard model as there is no disk? How much is the approx price for servicing? How is the mileage in city, is there any difference in classic and standard in terms of service?

Bro is drum brake is reliable in standard 350? Do they provide enough bite to stop the vehicle? Do these brake is good for long term....what is ur opinion should I go for Electra 350 or standard 350? But they are not as reliable as Bullet. They are prone to breakdown, but bullet is far more reliable then them. So, in this budget you can get only one out of these two things, either "Comfort" or "Reliability".
And tis variant doesn't comes with gas charged and 5step adjustable suspension , Right? ?? So how is it doing at off-roads batchy roads? does it feels uneasy for rider and pillion?
kindly suggest me : planning to get re by tis Jan.18 but bit confused which one to opt.? Two options : std350 or cl350, Gunmetal Grey. not for regular city use. I 'll pick it Only for weekends trips but strictly to hills areas. As Std comes only wit drum brakes ..is it doin well at hills particularly when downing hills at hairpin bends.?

Sounds strange. I have been a bullet rider for the past 25 years. Bullets have been preferred by the older generation for its great balance and vibrationless engine and jerkless gear transmission. But now my son has a new model bullet. And when l ride it, l find the vibration unbearable. The only better features that l find in the new models in comparison to the old models are effortless and easy gear shifting system and improved mileage. It is also a good thing that the new models have gear on the right side. But otherwise as a whole the riding comfort is better in old models.
Can any RE Bullet 350 Standard user, comment on the braking efficiency of the Bullet 350,based on his/her experience, is it efficient ,not in comparison with electra as it has Disc brakes?

A very honest review bro , just a request , can you make a video on how different is it to shift gears on a normal motorcycle & bullet , the emphasis & video footage should mostly be on how you shift gears at the right speed (footage of ur leg movements).. there are no videos on shifting gear on bullet on RU-vid .. will b very helpful for young crowd & learners .. bhai as i seen your all videos please advise me to buy Electra or Stranded. what you say about Stranded breaking power, at speed of 70-80 how can we manage without having Disk break in our bike. Is that Electra is taller than Bullet 350 Standard ? Spec shows as both same height, but few people are saying that Electra has more height than standard... Please help i am really confused at this point.. or else i would book standard 350 ;)
My brother own's standard 350 and it is not reliable my ns200 is better and more reliable than this bike. Bullet is only for vintage bike lovers not for everyone.

Saravan I m 5'5 too... owning a classic 350 for 7 months ...u will face slight difficultly initially..but after some time u will be comfortable with this....
The only reason I hit the dislike button ,. you mentioned that vibration is present in bikes costing between Rs 1 lac to Rs 2 lacs which is NOT true. Vibration issue is only there is RE bikes. As far as vibrations are concerned compare RE bikes with Suzuki, Yamaha and Honda, bikes of these brands are available in same price range as RE
