Just wanted to know if there is a bearing on the front sprocket, and if yes do we need to change it? As, there is slight noise coming from there when I ride the bike, especially when I roll the bike while on the bridge or something
You should never install a new bearing by hitting the unsupported race, so in this case choose a drift/socket that fits the outer race diameter. It ensures that no force is transmitted through the contact faces of the ball bearings - you will find they fail quite quickly otherwise.
Just wanted to Know why royal Enfield fitted front sprocket cover and engine cover in single part so we have to open engine cover and face some issues like oil spillage and all. Is there benefit of this design?
Jab ham downhill par bike ride karta ha us time gare down karnaki baat clutch ko dhera sa leave karta haa tab ak sound aati haa hoo kon si chise ka aawaj has? Or uska solution k has?
Bhau....you should also explain why the bike will travel one side...it will help viewers understand the importance. Well ... the adjustment should be equal both sides because the rear wheel should be aligned straight in relation to the swing arm.
Meri car k front glass me bahut hi halke scratches aa gye hai jha to wiper chalte h pure me. I think wiper blades purane hone k vjh se hua hai wo kese sahi hoga. Visibility bahut km ho gyi hai please reply..
Important point while imitating the things in the video. Don't move or get the bullet moved even a little after crank case removal. If you do, gear lever may get slidden away, and when you refit, it's tip will get damaged or broken. Do understand that the gear lever slides into the gaps on the RH cover, and that's how it stays in place. Also, you need a new gasket cover and gasket maker to refit, otherwise oil leaks can happen. So, buy it before doing removing the RH case.
Thanks bro.. I have a question is it really necessary to apply gasket maker or only the paper packing is enough.. because I see mechanics apply gasket maker even to the oil filter chamber to the butterfly cap which is next to the oil pan nut below. But, when you remove the oil filter chamber and the butterfly cap for service, you have to use screw driver to loosen it up and it becomes messy and gets scratched. please advice, because I have stopped using gasket maker for the oil filter chamber and so as to the butterfly cap which is next to the oil pan nut below and now it is so much easy to open and fit. But please share your expertise. 🙏🙏
