Hi Bruce, I have been watching your Channel since you got your R.E. 350. I've got to say that I have enjoyed the content. I am quite sure your bike will turn out better looking than the factory edition as it will have no chrome or shiny parts on it at all. Keep up the good work.

Brilliant that you are going with the Pegasus theme but still doing it your own way. The Pegasus 500 is one of my favourite RE bikes from the past few years. Those braced Webco type handle bars should look fantastic too.
Hi Steve, The Pegasus graphics were poor quality so I have the other Desert Rats decals painted on now. Agree on the Pegasus Bullet one of the nicest bikes out there! 👍😁

If you're doing the paintjob yourself it'd be worth while getting an infrared curing lamp in the cold weather. I bought one when I was doing the rust spots on my old van outdoors over winter and it worked a treat. I'm hopeless painting at the best of the time, but this was really good curing the paint in-between the rain. It's a 1000w and cost about £30 on Ebay
Looking forward to seeing your finished project. Just one question about the sprocket upgrade. Did it effect your speedo readings at all. I know on some Japanese duel sports, it certainly does.
Not at all Tim, the top speed is restricted to 70 mph though it reads 72-74mph, I believe from what I have read the top speed is restricted electronically. The bike just pulls higher speeds in lower gears ie it can rev to 65mph in 3rd now, but you may need to drop a gear to 4th in real strong headwinds and big hills. I prefer the bike now with higher gearing 👍 Cheers Bruce

Hi coast rider, when you hollow Tyne the greens do you use a true loot to spread the top dressing on the green or aback o a chalworth rake . Just out of interest because I used to be a grounds maintiance worker for Dudley parks
Hi Paul, so far all aeration I have seen there is sold tines, topdressing is rubbed in with a rubber drag mat mounted on the back of a John Deere 3 wheel bunker raking machine, Cheers Bruce

Have you considered replacing the back sprocket also? Hitchcocks are selling a 40 tooth and a 44 (standard is 42) and I wondered what the impact of either changing to a 40 or 44 might be with the 16 tooth, would value your thoughts 🤔
Hi, im happy with just the slight increase in gearing as I mostly ride on B class roads with a few gear changes so I feel it is just enough of an increase to take the buzz of the bike in top gears Cheers Brice
