Royal Enfield Electra X ride to Harford, Pumpsaint and back for MOT test and to ensure all is well 

After getting this machine to run, following its arrival as a non runner thanks to a blocked pilot jet in the carb, some basic checks and servicing were attended to and an MOT test booked, as requested by the owner. It was a trouble free ride there - where it passed - and back again, although we had a light wash in each direction and a brief slip on a newly wet patch of road at one point on the return trip. This machine's engine appeared to be in a fairly standard state of tune, apart from a K&N type air filter and less restrictive silencer.
