Bro in service center i told some noise coming in engine like tappet but I'm not sure they told we need to do cam adjustment and that will not covered in general service cost u need to pay additional 450rps fr that like they told bro... Its really cost that much 😜..

Bro how to overcome tappet noise bullet classic 350 Bs4 engine.. Everybody facing same problem... Tell me the solution... The reason coming fr tappet noise.. how we can solve this issue
Tappet noise is most common. You don't want to get worried. But when someone misses to replace necessary parts oil wont pumped to top. Hence it will start to show noise. Every tappet comes with the oil loaded inside. Try to pump new mineral oil or synthetic oil 15w50 inside tappet and ask mechanic to load. Then it will reduce the noise.
Before starting the vehicle keep your vehicle in center stand and make it run on ideal condition. At that time you can find a gradual run without rpm mismatch.
Approx cost Engine oil - 800 Oil filter - 80 Suction filter - 58 Airfilter - 150 General service labour - (800 - 900) Water wash - 130 Lube - ( 80 - 120) So minimum this price will maintain your vehicle as good as new

bro i only trust the official engineers/mechanics in Royal enfiled. But i recently faced an problem with them... i have gone to their service centre in vellore for changing the Clutch cable alone... but i knew how to change the clutch cable but when i visited their site and supervisor came outside the pitstop and he called a mechanic and they simply pushed the clutch cable only once and said its gone and it will charge around 400 Rs. But i asked them what is the spare rate they told it was 97 Rs. But i dont know why they charge 300 Rs only for service charge only for changing cluth cable. and i asked them please give me the spare ill change it myself and they said they dont have any spare left. what does that mean?
For best maintenance change oil between 4000 to 4500 kms. But companies will recommend for 6000 or even more. Or local service people change at 3000km. But for any oil grade 4500km range would me perfect time .
It depends on the drive pattern. Some motorcycle will ride even till 18k to 20k kms. But in some vehicles it will come only till 7k Kms. It purely depends on ride and reclutch usage

It's not about billing brother, you need to find the Wright mechanic, once you do a proper work first time, then you'll find less maintenance in future services

But still I can't feel that old Royal Enfield bullet sound... Except pick up in my new bike....My grandpa holds back 1955 model...

Ivanuku RE vandi service panavae theriyathu, I gave my bike to him and he damaged oil cap and not drained oil properly he poured nearly 3 liters. Worst fellow.
