U don't use rear break but u always keep your foot on breakpadel .when u keep your foot on break pedal that time rear breakpad automatically engaged but u don't have idea. This is small gap between disk plate and disk pad.when keep foot on that that will be engaged so try to change your foot postion.
You mentioned that the accelerator functions based on sensors. Do you think a future software/firmware update should be able to fix the low torque problem of the himalayan 450?
As we know the all Himalayan 450 it's completely new bike in the market which is royal Enfield recently launched with new engine. And also they are planning to launch another bike in this year with same engine. That bike still in testing. After taking all the issues which customers complaints. may be they will solve this issue in there upcoming bikes.
Its high raving rngune just like ktm 390 dominor..so torqie is always good in mid andhigh range..its charctr of high raving engine..i sontthink its havingossue withthat much power and 6 gear transformation..n if u think u need all low mid high ..u shouldgo for 600 + cc bikes
Engine kr side se 2 bolt nikale strainer wale. Uske baad ek bolt niche se nikala 14 no wale . Wo bolt kis liye hai? Wo bolt koi nahi dikhata kholte waqt . Usme kitna oil niklega ?
Jab ap 17mm Wale 2 bolt nikalte hai toh pura oil usi me nikal jata hai aur usme hi oil filter hote hai toh usko clean karke wapis laga na hota hai.14mm Wale bolt me zyada oil nhi hota kyu ki side se pura nikal jata hai.jo bacha huva thuda oil hota hai toh o us 14mm wale bolt se nikal jata hai.
Jab oil drain bolt diye hai toh khulke keliye hi diye hote hai na toh sabko open karna zaruri hai taki engine me bacha huwa old oil o ache se drain ho sake.
After every 10,000km or 2nd service you have to change air filter and after every 5000km u have to clear air filter . Mine was good so thats why i just clean it.
What about the valve adjustment. Isn't it Mandatory to do it on 3rd servicing? I was told by the service centre mechanics that on 3rd servicing the tappet will get adjusted. It's mandatory
In this Himalayan 450 there is no valve setting it's completely different engine comparing to old Himalayan 411 in Himalayan 411 u can set valve just removing head covers .but in this bike u have to check shims for that u have to remove full engine that time u can properly set that shims. For shims setting is there lots of work u have that proper measurement n all that time u can fix that problem. So now my bike just completed 11000 km and in my bike there no single noise my engine is completely fine.thats why I didn't set the valve I don't want to open my engine so early. In some bikes there is shims noise or engine tapped noise that time mandatory u have to open and set the Valve and shims.
Company says valve adjustment is mandatory that's mean u just have to check the noise and there is a noise that time u have check and adjust the shims.
