Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Review | Less expensive than Honda H'ness CB350 

When I hear ‘refinement’ multiple times in multiple Reviews on an RE, it’s an indication that RE is marching in the right direction to be a global player ! Glad to know that this bike is designed from ground up instead of it being offered as a rebadged Thunderbird..

To be honest cb350 is better in every way: Cb has a lower turning radius as compared to meteor. Cb has greater power figures as compared to meteor. Cb has torque control systems. Cb has traction control as well where as meteor doesn't have the traction control. Cb has led headlight where as meteor has halogen. Cb has metal mud guard in front where as meteor has a plastic front mud guard. Cb dlx pro comes with dual horn where as every version of meteor has a single horn. The clutch on cb is lighter than that of meteor. Top speed of cb350 is 130 km/hr where as top speed of meteor is 122-125 km/hr. Cb doesn't have any vibrations where as meteor starts vibrating a little after 105 km/hr. And we all heard the exhaust sound as well cb 350 is a clear winner in that area too. The only demerit in cb is that it won't give u power to overtake in 5th gear where as meteor will give u that little amount of torque in the 5th gear as well. The main issue with cb is it's availability, meteor is available everywhere in india but cb is only available in the big wing showrooms.

O heard Royal Enfield will be launching new Classic 350 based on this new engine. Do we have a confirmation on that?

RE Meteor is purely a cruiser bike & Honda hness is classic retro style , so no way to compare each other

Meteor gonna be something hot for RE ; aa far better one from Indian maker with refined & re designed . Bikers will do like it for the cruiser category . But RE got some serious black marks of their exiting ones ; like the vibration . So time for them to have some good changes in that too to have the Meteor have the fame going on . After all , good work from RE . Many more models are yet to come & coming from other brands too ; lets see ahead ... But this review is stunning ; with simple & detailed... Loved it totally... How tall are you?

I had a bullet 350 now i have a honda 350....the title is wrong....i dont think with various add ons in honda ....one can call it costly....it has traction and voice control, side stand disable, powerful led headlights along with other lights...better power milage. i am 6"2' tall....the meteor would be a bit low for me....last and most importantly the reliability of honda engine

meteor seat and suspension is actually good.. As u said in this video its not good, remember its not made for soft buts !!!!!!!!!! its made for majority of public , still u can modify with their accessories

Better if the bike has 6 speed gearbox. Good for long distance touring and fuel economy too.

Compare it with benelli imperiale. It has got great fit and finish. It looks more premium than any other bike in this price range. Fit and finish is slightly lower than the triumph quality and much better than royal enfield meteor

Pls don't compare with Hondas internationally acclaimed CB series.. RE can never come near Honda..

RE tank and its overall looks is simply breath taking. the New color schemes are a treat. However, sorry RE, I may purchase your Bikes if your customer service is overhauled and your CS arrogance is wiped clean.

RE meteor made less expensive than Honda CB 350, they use pastic parts in front mud guard, side covers, fuel lid key hole cover etc. But meteor is heavier than cb 350 by 10 kg. In technical side, Meteor have no slipper clutch, traction control, full led lightings etc. less chrome elements, not much refined engine that honda have. So RE can lower its price compare to Honda cb 350. Thats the fact at all.
