We bought meteor 350 three months ago from "SRI VELAVAN MOTORS, GREAMS ROAD, CHENNAI - 600006". They didn’t even disclose us they have added extended warranty. After finding it, we opted to cancel the extended warranty, bumper and certain accessories they offered. When he insisted we clearly said forcing a customer to buy a product or avail a service is against law. They finally agreed to refund the amount that comes to Rs. 4099. They said that it will be refunded to our account in 15 days, but they didn't. Three months have gone and they are saying one excuse or the other and the amount has not been refunded. yet. It is very clear that their intention is to cheat us and rob us of our money..!!! AND of course the bumper and extra fittings that we didn’t buy..!!!!! A day light robbery..!! Out of frustration I have decided to approach the consumer forum with all the recordings and proofs that we have. I thought Royal enfield was a reputed company buy I am wondering how they give dealership to such a cheap person like Sri velavan motors, greams road chennai..!!!! They are openly saying us to sue ROYAL ENFIELD because they are the one who is telling us to do this (Cheat..!!!!). I hope ROYAL ENFIELD takes immediate action before this issue complicates to the extent that it pays heavy damages for the inconvenience caused at this time of CORONA and before it loses its name. I suggest you they cancel the dealership of SRI VELAVAN MOTORS before they ruin the reputation of ROYAL ENFIELD. Hey Gagan, usually REs are of 200 kg, this b r and new refined engine is of 191 kg, though it looks an advantage, is it justified compares to cb 350 and jawa?
@@mathincrease.3906 I own one. I've had it for a week and done about 300 Kms. So far I can tell you there is only slight buzzing on the footpegs in higher revs, nothing on tank or handle bar. If u red-line the bike, probably there will be some.
Very nice review! Lucid, insightful, and humble description of this good-looking motorcycle. The Meteor looks attractive and capable for its class. I wish I had a chance to ride a Royal Enfield while I was in India. It seems like the motorcycle competition has finally picked up some pace in India! I look forward to more higher-quality, larger displacement, and more potent indigenous motorcycles to arrive in the future.
Gagan Ji, You explain very well, Meteor is a very good cruiser, many people compare it with Honda CB350, which is not 1-1 match to compare at all, Honda H'ness is to be compared with Bullet Electra like bikes. Liked your video !
I live in Delhi. Daily use from home to office for 2..5 hours of driving. Meteor steller black is costing 2.18 Lakhs around Honda Hness dlx black is costing 2.20 Lakhs around. Which one should I buy ?

Lol you don't anything .... Meteor is based on new chasis and new engine .. it's completely revamped thunderbird... It just looks like older ones but in inside it's entirely different....
Hope RE has improved on the overall experience. I own 2017 thunderbird the quality is pathetic the service is pathetic. Hope RE has improved on these aspects.
Use of plastic in Enfield undermine the basic feature of Bullet. Royal Enfield means Fully metal, robust bike which is identity of Enfield. Nice video.

Finally I got my delivery of Royal Enfield Meteor 350 today . The bike is just awesome , power output is good , mileage is descent . Stock exhaust is good.
Bro I got a mail from re saying “ your Royal Enfield motorcycle is being prepared to be your alley for trips of a lifetime.” What does that mean.. does it mean that the bike is ready and they will now dispatch it from Chennai? Or does it mean that the bike has reached the dealership?
